Hey all, I have a flight on Friday that's pretty early in the morning so I can't bus, I don't have any checked bags so I thought as long as parking is cheaper than two uber trips (<$40ish) I'll just take my scooter!
However, I've run into some mixed info online so I'm wondering if anyone could clear this up for me.
Is there a designated motorbike parking spot for $14 a day or do bikes have to pay the same as cars?
If you have any advice on cheaper parking options nearby that'd be appreciated too

Hey everyone, it’s my first time flying alone soon and my anxiety is skyrocketing because I don’t know how to do it. I’ve never been to Wellington airport and I don’t know the process. Where am I meant to go and in what order? Apparently I can check in online but I also need to have my suitcase checked and loaded on the plane somehow? Would anyone be able to break it down for me? I’m flying domestic and have a carry on and a suitcase, if that helps. Thank you!
EDIT/UPDATE: Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to help me out! I was still nervous about rush hour so I got to the airport almost two hours before my flight, but thats fine. Check in and everything went smoothly and I actually knew what I was doing and didn’t feel awkward, and that’s thanks to you guys. I’m just waiting for my flight now, but just wanted to give a little update. :)
A friend of mine is travelling from Melbourne to Wellington tomorrow. His flight is expected to arrive by midnight. How much time it normally takes at the immigration and at what time I can expect him to come out? Thanks
I ran past the airport this morning and saw some giant letters being painted where the pride rainbow was a couple years back at the North end of the runway.
It looked like they were writing WELCOME when I ran past. Could say WELCOME HOME, WELCOME BACK.
I didn’t manage to grab a photo - I wonder if this is in anticipation of the bubble opening?
