So I'm catching up on Nightwing and I'm in the early parts of the Ric stuff. What happened to Vicki?? Last I saw she was captured by the Vire and was stuck in some technoverse, then it jumps to a Batman comic and Nightwing gets shot and becomes Ric and Vicki is fine. Howd she escape and what happened to Vire and Wyrm???
The Batman cartoon had a movie called The Batman Vs Dracula, which introduced Vicki Vale into this universe, though Vicki only appeared in this movie, she never appeared in the show, though recently, I started thinking about it, I think after the movie came out, Vicki should have started showing up in the show, to continue developing her and Bruce's relationship, which had started in the movie, so yeah.

I’m making my way through the 80’s Batman comics. Right now I’m in early 1986. I just wanted to say that Vicki during this period is insufferable. They do the classic superhero thing where Bruce can’t keep his promises with her leading to Vicki pushing him away. Which is totally understandable. However, then Vicki gets jealous anytime Bruce is around Selina or Alfred’s daughter. There’s this whole weird B plot where she starts working out, and going out with other men to make Bruce jealous. I thought Vicki was supposed to be one of Batman’s best love interests, but this version of her drives me up the wall.
Never noticed this before. I always thought it was just generic EMTs and police in there.
