Context: In the United Kingdom, the topic of so called 'vaccine passports' has been filled with problems. At the beginning of the pandemic, people who argued it could happen were largely seen as nutters. In essence, a vaccine passport is an ID or certificate someone carries to gain access to certain facilities domestically, which unlike going abroad, is a quite a rare restriction. However, as time moved on and it went from conspiracy to reality, many argued it's pros and cons. Of course, many right wingers argued that it was against the concept of freedoms and was oppressive, and left wingers tended to argue it was not.
