I am flying in with my group to Kathmandu on 6/25, arriving at 2:00PM. We were hoping to take the Yeti Airlines 2:50PM flight to Pokhara. Does that seem feasible? I'm hesitant on booking the 2:50PM flight ahead of time in case we are unable to make it.
We are planning to apply for a visa online to make the customs process quicker. From what I read online we have to apply within 15 days of our travel, is that correct? What is the visa process like when we arrive at the airport? Is there usually a long wait time? Is there anything else we should bring besides extra passport photos?
We plan on hiking Annapurna Base Camp for 6 days starting on 6/26. We will definitely be hiring a guide. Is it better to arrange a guide once we arrive in Pokhara or to book ahead of time? Any recommendations on a good Company to use?

I'll be travelling our to Nepal sometime in May to do some hiking. One question i have is regarding the opening hours of the currency exchange in Tribhuvan Airport.
Can anyone enlighten me about the opening hours as my flight will arrive at around 10.30pm and am seeking to exchange currency when I land as my schedule is pretty packed and I won't be able to change money in the city.

Hello! Does anyone happen to know the status of Tribhuvan International Airport regarding the overnight runway closure from 2200 until 0800? I've read that this closure was in effect until the end of June 2019 but can't confirm it has reopened. This will determine if I need to bus to Manthali airport or if I can fly out of KTM, ultimately ending in Lukla on 31 October 2019. Any information will be much appreciated! Thanks!
