Situated in the idyllic Cape Cod town of Sandwich, nestled between the stunning Sandwich boardwalk, filled with brilliant blue channels of pristine ocean water, and the bayside outlet of the Cape Cod Canal, and near a small bustling downtown of eateries and shops, this location is one of the most beautiful for eating and drinking anywhere on the Cape.
We founded Tree House on the notion that great beer enjoyed in a comfortable environment with people you love can greatly enhance our human experience. Every decision we make & every investment we continue to pour into Tree House considers this ideal - it is what drives us .
We have always done whatever it takes to make the experience at Tree House absolutely great, & have committed to growing it along with our customer base if necessary. This year we’ve reflected deeply upon the experience in Charlton and realized that many of the limitations currently in place are a function of over-demand & under-supply; not for beer, but as a communal gathering place. In spite of relentless effort and constant reinvestment to make it the simple, relaxed environment we have described, we continue to fail in the face of our ever-growing customer base. Tree House Cape Cod is part of a broad effort to remedy to this problem, relieving pressure on our main campus while bringing the Tree House experience closer to you. Our roots are deep in Massachusetts, and more broadly, New England, and calling a small sliver of the Cape home fills us with pride and purpose to do even better on your behalf. A brewery and taproom on the ocean or beach is rare and we couldn’t be more pleased to jump at the chance to enjoy it with you.
By summer of 2021, pending the state of the coronavirus pandemic, we will open this facility as a taproom with resident food trucks & fresh Tree House cans to go On The Fly. A new system for purchasing our beer will be implemented, making it easier than ever to grab our beer or to enjoy a pint. We intend to open it only as an On The Fly location sooner.
