The Simpsons came under fire earlier this year over the character Apu. Among the responses was the episode "No Good Read Goes Unpunished." Now the character is being completely done away with. What's your opinion of this? If you are an Indian-American, how do you personally feel about the character and the controversy?
Probably my favorite trilogy of films I've watched. They really seem quite amazing for something that doesn't get talked about a lot on Reddit really anywhere it seems.
It's a very true to life portrayel of poverty and loss, and has given me a good introduction to Indian cinema.

The 4800H looks like it's going to have an eight core, sixteen thread CPU running a boost of 4.2 ghz, and a Vega 6 GPU with 8 CU's and 512 SP's, all at 45 watts, that's a robust little chip! The Threadripper 3990X meanwhile is 280 watt monstrosity of a pure CPU, with 64 cores running at up to 4.3 ghz, it's huge.
In theory, what could AMD fit into a 280 watt APU?
Let's assume best case scenarios all around here, that the power supply is ample, the cooling is sufficient, the money is abundant, and the software is all in working order.
I've always thought the idea of an "enthusiast grade" APU would be kind of cool, and now that Vulkan and DX12 can implement mixed GPU rendering, having an APU could maybe, theoretically, if programmed the right way, be a better idea than a full on CPU. Imagine running an APU with the equivalent of a 3600X and an RX 5700 w/ HMB on the same chip, in pseudo Crossfire with your 5700 XT dGPU! It'd be neat!
It's not a good idea to do right now, few games implement the programming necessary to take advantage of multiple GPUs, and the scaling is never going to be 100%, and it would be expensive, and hard to power, and hard to cool, and there are lots of good reasons not to pursue this on a lot of logistical levels... but I'm a fanboy and I think it would be cool.
Humor me, like I said, best case scenario, what can you imagine?

So a lot of people are associating apu apustaja and Pepe the frog with insane far right wing people, but it’s not immediately true. Yes, right wing’s don’t have enough of Pepe but a lot of people consider Pepe and apu part of their childhood because they where born during the time of the internet. Some of my funniest memories of the internet was seeing Pepe memes and that was when I was very young. I bet thousands of Pepe and apu fans are fans of them because they where part of their childhood. It doesn’t mean that we are right wing nazi fascists because right wing nazi fascists use them. It just means we like them.
The world sucks. Everything sucks. Jobs suck, people suck, quarantine sucks.
But one of the things that I keep being drawn to, in these sucktastic times, is those cute moments, the sweet moments, the observations about how kind and patient and caring the boys are. Like Suga holding hands at every opportunity, Jin playing with his Suga gliders, or the way J-Hope stroked Jungkook's hair, or how RM thinks Jimin is the cutest thing on earth.
When he's not running away from RM, on stage, of course.

I understand that the larger manufactures like Dell are under significant pressure from Intel and Nvidia, and have hamstrung their offerings accordingly.
But why aren't Clevo/Sager, et al offering competitive laptops?
