A list of puns related to "The Blacklist (TV series)"
There's a monopoly for almost everything. So I thought about looking up if there was a monopoly of the blacklist. Shocker there's none!
When does something get a version of monopoly. Does it have to be populair because in my eye The Blacklist is.
Ok so my net speed is 30mbps. P sure that can play 4k shows, since most of the movies/shows in ny list plays just fine in 2160p.
But the blacklist plays in at 1080p tops. In very rare moments, it would display in 2160p, but then reverts to 1080p.
Whats up with that?
Hi guys,
just wanted to let you know that Biohacking is a key plot point in the newest TV Episode of The Blacklist.
I guess the community and everything with it, will become more and more mainstream in the coming decade.
The point was made that research of biological compounds etc. is becoming more decentralized and less dependent on big pharma. We might not be there yet, but the painted picture does give you an idea.
So I loved Suits, and seasons 3-6 of Good Wife, and also enjoyed White Collar and The Blacklist. I like over arcing story arcs, and dramas. Must be completed. Was not a fan of other USA Network shows
Have already seen: Mindhunter, The break, true detective, manhunt, stranger things, nightwalker, dont f with cats, narcos, peaky blinders, fargo, dark, sherlock, sinner, bodyguard, squid games, breaking bad, punisher, blacklist, daredevil, better call Saul.
Edit: added few I've seen but missed to add.
It was clear from the beginning that >!Reddington had a bigger plan than arresting the Blacklisters.!< Nevertheless, how can he hope to >!carry out the plan when he offered to Liz to no longer be a part of her life? Unless he lied? It happened on the first episodes of season 1.!<
Finally! So excited about this. This is a passion project I would love to start pitching.
I purchased 2 evaluations since I had a feeling this would be a "hate it or love it" type of show (the other was a 4 with polar opposite feedback). I'm already starting to get a bunch of downloads.
What happens next from here? And what's the best way to capitalize on this? Planning to do a twitter post as well.
Many thanks!

Title: Karma
Length: Half Hour
Genre: Dramatic Comedy
Logline: Set in the world of Crazy Rich Indians, a young New Yorker tries to escape his familyβs excessive privilege while juggling a job he hates, his self-destructive friends, a crush he knows will never happen, and his parentsβ looming divorce β all while uncovering a dark family secret.
Strengths:
This pilot has a flawless structure in terms of introducing the audience to its character and central themes. It's brilliant to use two different parties to illustrate each character's goals, flaws, strengths, and personality. Everyone gets a moment in the spotlight because of it, and it also allows Kris to meet a kindred spirit that pushes him towards the job he wants instead of the family job. It also does a fantastic job at setting up the supporting cast. Immediately, the audience understands the family dynamics between Manya, Kris, and Aria. Manya's nervous nature lets the audience know there's something very suspicious going on with Kris's father. Aria is brilliant but intense, someone that will not let who she marries define her, despite her family's culture. And Kris is the failed artist, not quite a black sheep but still someone the family hopes to help steer. Given his wealth, Kris's friend and peer group also make sense, and Vishal and Monica are equally hilarious and supportive. It also establishes their family as power players in an upper-class culture that American TV is still hasn't explored. Outside of Indian and American culture and the upper class, it's still profoundly relatable. Broken dreams and new careers go hand in hand with capitalism, and everyone knows what paying off a debt means.
Weaknesses:
A minor complaint, but if dialogue continues from one page to the next, make sure to identify who is still speaking on the new page. For example, if Kenzu continues speaking from page 15 to 16, then the dialogue on 16 should

English isn't my native language (not even my second language). But I do love to watch british series in english and if available with subtitles(not often the case somehow). Imagine my confusion when a unrelated looking 30 year old calls the older women character Mom. Because it didn't happen to often on my viewings (maybe Ma'am isn't that common) I was confused but I put it always aside as me being not attentive enough. Only with the magic of subtitles was I able to understand how much of an moron I was.
The subreddit is devoted to discussion of The Blacklist
>Subreddit for The Blacklist, the TV show currently airing on NBC. For decades, ex-government agent Raymond Reddington (James Spader) has been one of the FBI's most wanted. Brokering deals for criminals across the globe, Red was known as "The Concierge of Crime". Now, he's surrendered to the FBI with an offer: He will help catch a "blacklist" of mobsters, spies and terrorists under the condition that he speaks only to Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), an FBI profiler fresh out of Quantico.
The identity of Red and his relationship to Liz has always been the subject of much speculation.
There has been three main theories:
Red is Liz's father and/or Red is the Raymond Reddington known to the US Navy.
Red is some unrelated person to Liz.
Red is Katarina, known as Rederina, R=K, or the mother theory.
After the end of 8.22 ,in a season ending that, according to the departed show runner, was meant to be ambiguous, the situation in this subreddit has become intolerable.
The Rederina fans claim that their theory is proven and the truth. Established canon.
The rest of us claim nowhere has this been said.
We ask them to indicate where, they give us a montage as reason, which equates to anybody who does not believe the theory to hot air.
The hiring of a transgender actor to play "created Reddington" to them read as proof, despite there being no real proof that that man is our Red, or that the actor's gender identity has anything to do with the role he was cast in, as is the case of other transgender actors cast in the show.
There has been no official NBC/Sony announcement on Red being a transgender character, and last season, there were no interviews to feed us any information whatsoever.
But the proponents, in their vast majority, have become abusive towards those who do not see the theory, looking to invalidate them and silence them telling them they cannot see what is a fact because they are bigots, unsophisticated, insensitive morons, or plainly refuse to accept they were wrong.
We have a sensitivity police squad who swarm posts that oppose the theory or sponsor another theory. During the early days of the Summer, I receive numerous messages telling me how redditors were scared of expressing a dissenting opinion for fear of being ridiculed, or threatened.
I refused to let them silence me. In this country we have free speech, and much more so when Rederina, is a belief, a theory,

So I ask you, what is the one TV series you wish you could rewatch but with fresh eyes for the first time?
Spoiler alert, it's the same script. Just wanted to post something here for everybody who is chasing a number, realize that the Blacklist (and Hollywood) is a slot machine to a certain extent. Yes, everybody is looking for something "undeniable" but the fact is the gatekeepers in this industry are people with different tastes and one person's script of the year is another person's meh. How many times do you read scripts that make the annual blacklist and think "Really? That script?" How many times do you talk about your favorite movie only for somebody to say that they hated it? Same thing, writ large.
I'll post a link to the script and the reviews in case anybody is curious, but the first read I got back was an 8 so I got two free reads, and the first of those came back as a 5. I'm as guilty as anybody else of letting that shit discourage me and there's not a chance that I would have shelled out for another read if the 5 came before the 8. This is not me advocating that you spend money chasing a good review on the blacklist, but just realize that what you're doing is spending $25-50 on a random reader who may or may not get what you're trying to do. After the 5 I got another free review because of the discrepancy between the 8 and 5, and that one was a 7. I paid for one more hoping for another 8 and I got another 7, and the second of the free reviews from the 8 was also a 7. The 8 got me on the weekly list and I got a few industry downloads, but nothing came of it and I took the script off of hosting and moved on to other projects.
Just remember that what you're paying for is one opinion, and take that for what it's worth. If the notes are helpful, great, but they might not be.

Strengths
This pilot moves slowly and deliberately, each beat and piece of dialogue considered carefully. It's relatively light, given the subject matter, and that's what makes the work endearing. It balances the dark moments with the light ones quite well, without being overly optimistic. It's meticulous in that sense, the final beat culminating in a challenging moment. Janelle's just been through the wringer that night between losing her home, staying shortly at a motel, bonding with Sabrina, then finally being chased out of the motel

I don't know if this question has been asked before but I will ask it anyway. What movie do you think would have been better suited as a TV Series?
Some films try to cram wayyyyy too much into too little and feel overstuffed as a result, personally, I think the recent Matt Damon film Stillwater would have been better as a crime miniseries since there was just too much put into the film it felt overstuffed and questions were left unanswered
What films would you say?
I need a new tv as my current one doesnβt have 4K. Should I look at getting a tv with the 2.1 hdmi? Or with 120hz? I donβt know too much about TVs. Will a 4K 60fps tv do?
