Maybe I’m biased because I’ve gotten legitimately ill every time I’ve eaten there but that place is serious the worse.

My family used to eat there a lot when we first immigrated to Canada and I very quickly became put off by the restaurant. The food is bland, unappetizing and most of it has this unpleasant moistness to it.

When I order them, they always arrive cold. So I really wanna try to make them at home. Anyone know if there's some sort of method or technique?

Is Swiss chalet one of the better places to eat chicken from?? Is their method of chicken preparation healthier then most places or is it just as bad deep fried chicken??

Which local Swiss Chalet restaurant do you feel is the worst? I will start with the Kempt Rd location. Ordered from there yesterday and the fries were so old and undercooked they were white, I could have put the bun through a pane of glass and my chicken appeared to have been starving to death..

Any place in Burlington offer a Festive Special type meal (rotisserie chicken, side with stuffing and cranberry sauce) during the holiday season? We used to order from Swiss every year back when we were living in the city, but since moving here the two locations we’ve ordered from both have messed up our orders multiple times so we’e stayed away for a while and ordered from Hangry. Love Hangry, but it’s that time of year and we’re getting a hankerin’ for some FS. Any recos anyone might have would be awesome.
