A list of puns related to "Spinelli"
Correct me if I'm wrong, but a few months ago, Jax tried to record Carly and afterwards when Carly was telling Jason on how she has less ppl to trust and shock by Jax's actions, Jason immediately call up Spinelli and then said that he doesn't care if Jax has to buy a new phone, just delete everything just to be safe. So why can't Maxie, call up her closest friend and the father to her oldest kid, take a few min so this storyline of being blackmail along with BLQ can stop bc this could have easily been fix by the end of 1 episode the min Gladys showed BLQ the recording.
The scenes with Spinelli going through Scott's laptop is some of the best work I've seen from GH in a long time. When Britt is disappointed that Scott would answer a pop-up and he says, "who doesn't like a good deal?" I nearly died laughing. Ever since the 90's, the low-key comedic moments keep me coming back more than anything else and they don't happen often enough.
would be interesting
the wednesday episode when Jason told spinelli to track carly's cell phone just made me realize, this dude is literally always available for phone hacking. like he's never too busy or just taking a nap? lmao like im just thinking in my head, spinelli doing number 2 in the bathroom and stone cold calls and doesn't even show phone etiquette with a simple greeting and automatically commands him to hack [insert character] phone. and spenelli responds with a "you got it stonecold" and gets to hacking like a crew mate following a captains orders.
That whenever Spinelli is on the show, he sounds really weird to me. π
Itβs been a while since Iβve read it and I havenβt watched the movie, but this memory just came up for some reason. Also nothing against Spinelli. I remember Maniac McGee being pretty good.
It was required reading in middle school for me and I just remember feeling like it was so patronizing. Like a girl is just way too fun and quirky and the male narrator just fawns over her and how brave she is to be so fun and quirky and how she brings color to their bland society because nobody else had ever been so fun and quirky before. Be yourself, so long as the real you is fun and quirky. (Again itβs been a while but I remember getting this vibe in middle school.)
Media has taught me that unique is beautiful for as long as I can remember so itβs not like anything the book was trying to teach was a hot take.
Then again, maybe I was projecting. At the time I was moving away from my βaggressively-not-like-other-girls, popular-thing-automatically-badβ phase so maybe thatβs why it rubbed me the wrong way.
does the seating area around spinelli at EA belong to them? or can anyone just sit there without purchasing anything?
I think Spinelli when trying might be faster than Vince(episode of fort tender), and when he wants too Mikey is a better athlete than Vince(episode copycat and the one were Mikey is hanging out with Menlo).
The above quote is said by Leo Borlock, and is from the novel βStargirlβ by Jerry Spinelli
Do you guys think Spinelli has been flanderized over the years? I donβt remember him being this extremely βgeekyβ when I first started watching.
