I play with guardians of all ability levels. But with the weak groups I don't have enough co-sherps to help run raids quickly to get more people through activitys. So ideally aiming for 90min runs for VOG and DSC. But with out sherps I'm finding they are taking upward 4hrs and I cannot afford that time. I'm UK based and most help runs will be on weekends usually 2pm BST / 9am EST.
Ideally, main attributes i'm looking for are the patience of a saint, can stay calm if an encounter goes south

How many of you guys actually try to rank up yourbsherpard rank?
Is there any real benefit for it?
Should there be any real benefit for it, like increase exotic drops for sherpards, or cool apparel?

First we seen Kanye brought Sherp ATVs from Wyoming to Atlanta....At first thought, maybe they give him creative energy? No, he gave one to 2 Chainz.
Now we seen Sherp ATVs delivered from Wyoming to Calabasas...Kanye gave one to Chris Breezy. I assume Kanye gave more Sherp ATVs to other people as well, they just don't post it on IG.
All I'm saying, is I won't be surprised if Kanye sold the Wyoming Ranch anytime soon. We do know he's been spending his time a lot between Calabasas (obviously family) and Atlanta (new YZY HQ).
