A list of puns related to "Russian Tea Room"
Unfortunately, current RTR reviews are kinda meh. I'm bringing two boys, 11 & 13, to town and want to take them somewhere memorable for dinner. I don't have a problem finding good food, but what I'm looking for is something with a fun, cultural (loosely defined) WOW! factor that's not hokey. When I was their age, RTR was exactly that for me.
Ideally, somewhere in the theater district, but we will happily travel to other neighborhoods.

After many, many searches online, I cannot definitively find the recipe for what I considered the signature cocktail at the original (i.e. pre 1996 closing) Russian Tea Room in NYC. Does anyone know how to properly make the Troika?

Does anyone have any knowledge of The Russian Moon Tea Room during the 1920βs/1930βs?
Or itβs original location in Denver?
Hey I was wondering if anyone in this sub knows anything about the pricing for psychics at the Russian Tea Room? I donβt really believe in that kind of stuff but I thought it might be a fun date night for me and my SO
Trying to get into the Russian tea game, looking for things like lavender to calm anxiety and the other way like a stimulant or energizing agent that gives creativity.
Hi Tulsa! I made a post several months ago about starting up a group dedicated to exploring the Russian language and culture over tea and biscuits, and we've had an awesome time exploring the language, finding the craziest Russian music videos, and discussing all else Russian! We are a group who is mighty, but smol. I'm reaching out once more in search of those curious cats here in Tulsa looking to get into something truly fascinating and exotic. We would love to have you!
Hey there! I'm interested in creating my own tea room (well, a mini one, in my room) inspired by Japanese and Chinese tea rooms. Is there any examples of this I can take from? I've been trying to look up examples online but the only ones I find are full rooms that are clearly intended for the sole purpose of tea. I already have the utensils (tea pots, cups, etc) so I'm mostly focused on the larger things that would help making my own tea corner.
Any help would be awesome. Or even just some recommendations you might have. Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know any place in the city that serves afternoon tea? Or at least a cafe, store, or restaurant that specializes in tea? I'd appreciate any help.
