I went looking for it and found absolutely nothing. Nothing about the film comes up searching "Girlquake", "Girlquake Movie", or "Girlquake 1995"
It's not on IMDb, nor is the director and most of the actors Joe Bob mentions.
Eventually I Googled Girlquake along with the director, Michael Randall's name, and finally found some stuff

Are there any Russ Meyer-like movies available on Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu? His films were fantastic.
I have only seen Faster Pussycat Kill!Kill! and Beyond the valley of the dolls and I am curious for the other Russ Meyer Movies. Would you think that there could ever be a Criterion Box-Set? The only Box I know is the Arrow DVD Set and it is from 2005. My other question - is there even another Russ Meyer movie except these two worth watching?
Any recommendations of comedies, likely from the '60s-'80s, with natural Russ Meyer type vixens without the violence found in his films? Have no idea where he found those who starred in his pictures but guessing there are many other obscure bad films out there that would be a blast to watch during quarantine. Closest thing I could really think of was old Italian Sex Comedies with Edwige Fenech or something over the top like Double Agent 73. Cheers!
Russ Meyer’s movies (notably Vixen and Faster Pussycat) have so much charm and are really fun to watch. A lot of sexploitation movies don’t offer the same level of fun and are just plain dull.
Is there any fun, campy movies from that era I’m missing out on? I love John Waters films too.
