A list of puns related to "Robin Arzon"
...first time --let me know if I'm doing this right! I wanted to participate more in the community, and riding with people you know is ALWAYS more enjoyable/motivating!
I realize it is fairly close timeline (~6 hours away), but thought I'd throw it out there! Looks like my flair isn't updated yet, but my username is andy_tillo on the bike! I'll be riding with the #RedditRiders tag if anyone wants to ride along!
Tw: pregnancy loss
I ordered a Peloton as my extravagant grief gift to myself after a second-trimester pregnancy loss in September. I felt so disconnected from my body and just wanted to feel strong and active again. I set a pretty solid goal: to hit 100 rides in one year.
My bike arrived in mid-October and thanks in large part to this community, I fell in love. Iβll hit my 100 in under 3 months.
I knew I wanted to do a live ride for the century and I donβt like waking up early to work out. I admit I was a little hesitant to see it was a Robin ride. Her due date is not long before mine would have been. I was one of the people who wasnβt totally thrilled about all the promos for her prenatal classes. But Iβm leaning into the challenge.
So kick off your weekend (or take a late lunch break, like me) with this very special century #GroupRide! High five me @Ultraprismic
And if youβre in the same boat as me β Iβm so sorry for your loss. You matter and your baby mattered and it absolutely sucks that we have so few spaces to talk about what weβve been through. Itβs an experience more of us have been through than youβll ever know. If you canβt make a Robin ride, I totally get it.
EDIT: Man, that was so great. I could feel the love coming through the screen. Thanks for the high fives and for riding by my side. What a great 100! No baby/pregnancy talk from Robin on this ride if you're interested and want to do it on demand later. Shonda Rhimes was there!
I wish there was a preview because I'd love to see it! I haven't read her book yet but from what I know of her, she's just incredible. I wish I could justify spending that kinda money on masterclass though π
Hey Guys,
Celebrating my 400th ride and 40th bday in Robin's 11:30am Hip Hop class.
During lockdown there are very few reasons or ways to celebrate - hoping this one seems like a fun event!
See you there!
KillahB
Thought it might be a good time to get Robin into our rotation with this top rated ride. For those who have taken the Tabata Program many have grown to love her coaching style on Tabata rides and the feeling of genuine accomplishment getting past that final interval. Here is hoping Peloton brings back more Tabata rides or the Program.
PSA: if you are looking for a double dose of this format, Olivia is teaching 6am - heads up Never miss a Monday crew.
Link to ride here 8.6.20 is the date.
EDIT - THANK YOU everyone who showed up! It was an amazing ride! I CRUSHED my PR and broke 300 kJ output! I did it with the help of each and every one of you who were there high fiving and sending strength through that bike. I felt y'all there with me. Much love!
Hello all! I'm hitting 100 on Saturday and I'd like to share that fear with as many of you as I can! I'm hoping to get a shout out from Robin but I'll be happy with riding with a bunch of my fellow Redditors. This is my first group ride that I'm setting up... hope to see you there to celebrate with me!

Tabata Tuesday! It's kind of like Taco Tuesday but tastier!
Not sure how many out here have tried a Tabata Ride. After reading what it was about, I was pretty intimidated by the thought of doing multiple 2 to 1 short max efforts. Finally decided to give my first one a try back in March, felt accomplished and have been doing them ever since.
I'm hoping that we can get a group together this evening. Let's do this! Apologies for the short notice....
Yes, you read correctly. Jess and Robin are doing a J Lo ride next Tuesday, October 15th at 6:00pm EST.
Anyone in for a group ride?
U/ClipIn has a new sub for the treadmill. R/pelotontread subscribe to keep up to date with the latest info!
Wasn't sure what flair to use!
This is a longshot, but wondering if anyone here has booked Robin as a speaker for a corporate event? (I'm in legal, so her background and topics are particularly interesting.)
I'm organizing a group ride on Friday 11/22 for the pancreatically challenged (Type 1 or 2 Diabetes) and any of our friends for some visibility during Diabetes Awareness Month. A bunch of the T1D biker gang has already agreed to meet up for Robin's 6pm EST Live DJ ride on 11/22. Let me know if you want to join!
If you're up for it I'm collecting LB names to 1) follow and 2) we're thinking of sending Robin a text before to let her know a bunch of us are riding together! I'm also adding Diabetes and #T1D to my LB location info for some visibility.
I posted on the daily thread today, but feel free to drop your LB name there or here. Looking forward to riding with you!
Thanks for committing to joining me on Friday! We've got a bunch of riders in Friday's biker gang from FB groups and Reddit. In case you're looking for LB names all in one place, here's the list so far:

Tabata Tuesday! Seems like Robin's Tabata rides are every other week now. Hope to see you on the LB!
Let us know if you will be joining us so that we can follow each other.
Rode Robin's 45-minute live DJ ride, then opted for the 20-minute, low intensity, ride as a cool down.
Damn... turned out to be a Dirty Dancing themed ride and it was just fun. Great mix of music, riding, and nostalgia.
Great ride for a cool down or a new rider.
Also... at the suggestion of a studio rider... be on the lookout for a Top Gun ride!
How about a #RedditRiders #GroupRide for the 2018 Turkey Burn?
Here's the full announcement from Peloton:
βHit the road with Matt Wilpers for a 45 Min Outdoor Run. Available on Peloton Digital starting at 6 AM ET, November 22nd.
Get on the Bike with Robin Arzon for a 45 Min Ride. Join live at 10:30 AM ET, November 22nd.
Lace up with Rebecca Kennedy for a 45 Min Bootcamp on the Tread. Join live at 12:30 PM ET, November 22nd.β
Hi All! #GroupRide
Some of us are going to do The Greatest Showman Ride this Saturday. The live class is Friday during the work day, so we will be doing an on demand group ride. I'm opening it up to the rest of the Reddit Riders out there.
It is Robin's theme ride and if her previous Greatest Showman ride is anything to go by, this will be super high-energy.
Post your Pelo usernames below if you're joining!
Join us for some intense 2:1 efforts. Don't be intimidated we'll be there to high five you along....
Who knows maybe you'll like it!
Strains have been lower since I got my 4.0. (Like 7.0 activity strain for 45 min Robin Arzon Peleton cycle πβ¦used to be 10-11).
Contacted Whoop support and they analyzed my data and said 4.0 is more accurate but my HR max was set to 185. I know experientally I bail out of sustaining 174 very long (Iβm 61). So they reset my max.
They also said they could see some daily βlow confidenceβ hr readings where light was hitting the sensor, suggested I tighten it. Even tho the 4.0 fits more snugly than 3.0.
We all know 3.0 could overstate strain. They fixed it in 4.0. Iβm happyβ¦.guess I gotta work harder!
Hi all,
I am new to Power Zone. I am currently on day 5 of the Discover Your Power Zones training. I have some questions:
Thanks for the information and input!
HI EVERYONE!
Welcome to the Fall Session of the Beginner Intervals running challenge! We've taken a few weeks off since summer - is anyone else itching for the structure of a guaranteed weekly intervals run? OP is!
If you didn't participate in the Summer Session, or just want a refresher, here is the suggested background reading:
Once again, the class rules are:
The challenge structure is:

... keep reading on reddit β‘(There is a very funny, slightly irreverent post flying around the internet about how certain political and historical figures would answer the age-old questionββwhy did the chicken cross the road?β I decided we need a Peloversion...enjoy!)
Why Did the PeloChicken Cross the Road?
Emma Lovewell: to live, learn, & love well
Christine DβErcole: It is, it could, it would, so it did.
Jess King: Because THAT is the chickenβs superpower
Tunde Oyeneyin: because it could. End of story.
Denis Morton: I made a suggestion; the chicken made a decisionβ¦
Ally Love: No clue, but cross it like a boss, chicken!
Hannah Corbin: Youβre a bad boy, chicken. Such a bad boy.
Robin Arzon: To find his crown on the other sideβ¦
Alex Toussaint: To get to chicken daycare...duh.
Jenn Sherman: Stop asking questions and JFDI!
Matt Wilpers: Fast legs, chicken! Fast legs!
Cody Rigsby: I donβt know but PLEASE fix your wig and get your life together before you crossβ¦
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!
Alot of great jokes get posted here! However just because you have a joke, doesn't mean it's a dad joke.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT NSFW, THIS IS ABOUT LONG JOKES, BLONDE JOKES, SEXUAL JOKES, KNOCK KNOCK JOKES, POLITICAL JOKES, ETC BEING POSTED IN A DAD JOKE SUB
Try telling these sexual jokes that get posted here, to your kid and see how your spouse likes it.. if that goes well, Try telling one of your friends kid about your sex life being like Coca cola, first it was normal, than light and now zero , and see if the parents are OK with you telling their kid the "dad joke"
I'm not even referencing the NSFW, I'm saying Dad jokes are corny, and sometimes painful, not sexual
So check out r/jokes for all types of jokes
r/unclejokes for dirty jokes
r/3amjokes for real weird and alot of OC
r/cleandadjokes If your really sick of seeing not dad jokes in r/dadjokes
Punchline !
Edit: this is not a post about NSFW , This is about jokes, knock knock jokes, blonde jokes, political jokes etc being posted in a dad joke sub
Edit 2: don't touch the thermostat
They were cooked in Greece.
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
It's good to catch a coach on their best ride when trying them for the first time to see if you like them! Which ride do you think is the best for each coach? (I'll update this list with the recommendations!)

WEEK TWO!
Last week we kicked off fall semester with a surprisingly challenging (at least for OP!) but well-programmed Wilpers run, where we learned about how intervals runs are a timeless classic of training. This week we switch to Jess King and our first SYLLABUS CHANGE of the semester! History lesson: when OP planned out this entire challenge back in early June 2021, Jess only had one 30 min beginner intervals class. Now she has 2, so we're going with the one that's higher rated and taken by fewer people!
"But what if I missed week 1?!" you might be saying? Who cares! Attendance isn't collected. Jump in now!
Class structure (posted under a spoiler for those who prefer to go in with a surprise): >!Extra credit to the first person to post the workout overview in the comments! It doesn't have to be 100% detailed!!<

HI EVERYONE! [a day late, sorry!]
Welcome to the Fall Session of the Beginner Intervals running challenge! (Lost? click here!)
WEEK FOUR!
Last week we ran with Chase in a run that felt really doable (it was those descending interval times!) and had a lot of nice "don't forget to hype yourself up" reminders. This week we are going way back in the timeline for this JSims run from 2019! OP for one is very interested to see if Jess was as wild then as she is now π are we in for a treat or a beatdown? Even if no ego amigo wasn't around in 2019 (OP jumped on the Peloton train post-pandemic so she doesn't know), remember you can take any run at your own pace!
"But what if I missed week 1 and/or week 2," you might be saying? Who cares! Attendance isn't collected. Jump in now!
Class structure (posted under a spoiler for those who prefer to go in with a surprise!) >! 6 minute warm up, mostly walking and jogging with a quick pop up to 6% incline. First half was formatted 60 second jog, run, 60 second jog, 60 second walk, repeat. Run interval increased every time: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 60 seconds. Back half was all 45 second run intervals with decreasing recoveries. !< thanks /u/tunderholmes !!

HI EVERYONE!
Welcome to the Fall Session of the Beginner Intervals running challenge! (Lost? click here!)
WEEK THREE!
Last week we continued our journey through beginner intervals with a Jess King class that may have the best playlist on Peloton, ever?? Yall can be the judge. This week, we are marching along to Chase "Punk Rock Papi" Tucker with a class he taught last year. Head's up: This class only has a 3 min warmup, so take your pre-run warmups as necessary.
