A list of puns related to "Revivalistics"
Who do you guys think the Ursun Revivalists are in the domination victory conditions? It's not either of the two Kislev legendary lords. They start out defeated which is certainly interesting. The other factions here are the playable legendary lords (minus Cathay because this is from a Cathay lord POV).

To neopagan and larger religious community, do I leave any out? I'm genuinely curious to discover other similar communities and to connect with my fellow reconstructionists, even if they are from other religions.
To everyone else, feel free to comment if you're surprised by the amount of the various neopagan, polytheistic religions out there!

When Misanthrope came out I was blown away by their NU sound with dashes Of Metalcore and truly thought theyβd be one of the forerunners of the revival. With a solid amount of momentum and touring of that debut album they fell off the map for a few years and then returned with a couple middling tracks that hinted toward a more radio friendly sound. Well apparently their sophomore album is out and I gave it a listen. Unfortunately they seem to have regressed completely and went for a dried up radio rock sound. Hardly any remnants of the bouncy aggressive NU sound of Misanthrope. What do you guys think of them now? I honestly hate to say that I think they just ride trends.
Does someone know what the "Ursuns Revivalists" Faction is?
Their destruction is a victory condition for Domination Victory in TWW3 campaign.
One of the reasons why Mantle and Mistral lost the war despite having a numerical and technological superiority, was due to the multiple slave rebellions around Solitas and Anima.
Obviously, confrontations involve negative emotions, and all of this attracts the Grimm. For the same reason, multiple villages were attacked and fell to the threat of these creatures.
While the soldiers were fighting on Sanus, the 2 empires had to call on their own troops stationed on Solitas and Anima to protect their own territories.
That great empire that unified Anima lost 30% of its territories.
While in Mantle's empire, only the capital and new alsius remained; thus having only 2 large cities.
Both humans and faunus were too busy fighting each other to try to band together and fight the Grimms together.
Even so, there were exceptions, particular cases where both species chose to fight together to protect the cities, but, shortly after, new human troops entered and tried to eradicate the rebels, thus repeating the process.
When Vale won the war the Faunus were freed from their slavery and the Menagerie was created.
While in Mantle the new city of Atlas was founded, which later went on to rise into the air serving as the new emblem of the nation, new capital and came to rename the Kingdom.
But, from the ashes of the war a political association was formed: between nobles, war veterans and some ultra-nationalist members a party was formed which sought to recreate Mantle's empire. General Lagune was the leader of this party and he hoped that once the revolutionaries of the faunus right revolution had been defeated, he could gain national support to reform the political order.
After the defeat of Lagune and the creation of the floating city, the party fell out of favor, fragmenting into small remnants which carried out occasional attacks on faunus and military agents loyal to Atlas. In addition to the fact that during the revolution new alsius and its support CCT fell.
Meanwhile the new Kingdom prospered economically under the Schnee dust company and now the nation could produce its food supplies due to the artificial atmosphere of Atlas City.
But that aggravated the social differences: Well, while the faunus were used as cheap labor working in harsh conditions for the Schnee Dust company, many Mantleans emigrated to the capital to work in the fields and thus earn some money for their families still living in Mantle.

Utilizing both the Heroβs Ring and the Juggernaut Band to sprint towards fallen allyβs at the speed of Mack 3 and becoming unstaggerable during the entire process. Thatβs about as far as I have thought up. I was thinking a good armor set would be the Carapace set but I donβt have that yet so I canβt try it out.
Does anyone have ideas on what other items to put in the build? I think it would be very interesting to see how it plays
For professional architects and architecture students in this subreddit, were you ever able to express your design preferences in your projects? It seems that universities and firms favour contemporary architecture overwhelmingly (for well known reasons) and I was wondering if any of you were part of a successful classical development, project, presentation or anything of the sort.
Hi there. I am u/tomassci, and I am a Kemetist teen guy who in addition to the Egyptian pantheon worships some Mesopotamian gods. I come from Czech Republic, but I can of course also communicate with English. Other than that, my practice is revivalist, which means it isn't bound by historical practice, however it also isn't wiccan-like. I don't have many social media, my most popular is Instagram. Then I have Discord, Reddit, Messenger and such.
I am looking for people to talk not only about religion but also life (in reasonable matter, I don't want you to tell me the intimate secrets and neither will I tell you mine)
I am slowly giving all the reccommendations some playtime...
So far Iβm loving The Strokes, Vampire Weekend, Peach Pit, Passion Pit, Mother Mother, and The Growlers . I have to listen to bands and songs a few times to see if I really like them or not, and im working my way through it all!
A couple others I like that no one has mentioned - Still Woozy, Skinshape, The Voidz, IDK HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME...
Thanks for all the great music, I dig this sub!

This is a thought I had listening to a few bands today that are very much revivalists.
Durand Jones & The Indications are one such band. They make music that owes a lot to classic soul music, mo-town, classic RnB. And while they have some great tunes, I certainly wouldn't say they reach the same heights as a Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding, Ray Charles for example.
It is a similar thing with Leon Bridges. He makes great music, but perhaps doesn't reach the same heights as many of the Genre's classic.
I find I am more interested in RnB music that likes to add some experimentation to the Genre, like a Frank Ocean or Blood Orange; even though there is still a lot to love about revivalists like Leon Bridges and Durand Jones.
... But this got me thinking, are there instances where revivalists can be as good or reach the same heights as their influences?
This is a very subjective question, so I imagine there will be a lot of different perspectives on it.
The best example I can think of is with 60s/70s psychedelia revivalism, neo-psychadelia.
There seems to be cycles where this genre regains footing in the underground. Weather it be Bands like The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Flaming Lips, Wooden Shjips, Spacemen 3, Spiritualized and even Tame Impala and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, there seems to be musicians of every generation that go back to pillage influences from the psychedelic bands of the 60s and early 70s.
Sometimes entire scenes are created from a 60s revival, like the Elephant 6 bands in Athens Georgia that included the likes of Neutral Milk Hotel, Of Montreal, Apples in Stereo, The Olivia Tremor Control and so on.
These bands wear their influences on their sleeves proudly, and fully indulge in genre tropes.
Many of these bands can get quite popular as with Tame Impala and The Flaming Lips; although we will probably never see any of these bands get as big as The Beatles or The Beach Boys were.
We see some records like this become very influential and gain cult classic status like Neutral Milk Hotel's Aeroplane album, but will it ever be as influential as Velvet Underground or Lou Reed Albums? Likely not.
But many of these bands put out records that can truly measure up in terms of quality. At least to my ears.
What are some other examples that you can think of?
Which genre revivals do you enjoy the most? Which ones do you find too deriv

Also, Republican can basically mean any right of AOC and Libertarians are just liberals who support freedom above all else. Whether that be the freedom to own guns or freedom to dress as a furry in public.
Elijah Schaffer, John Doyle, Savanah Hernandez and others get that America as we know it has fallen. Every institution has been corrupted. The Constitution is disregarded by politicians all across our land. Our sense of culture, unity and pride is desecrated and mocked. There is nothing left to conserve. Therefore, we must Revive America. Win back the culture, βdrain the swampβ (which doesnβt just mean Government. The News, Entertainment, and Corporate sectors are just as much a part of the problem)
To be frank, I donβt know if America can be restored, but Iβve seen the drastic shift in my generation where strong young men and cunning women who love Jesus and love the USA are rising up. A generation of AMERICAN REVIVALISTS who will teach the values of our country, itβs history, itβs accomplishments and the meaning of the American Dream. If a handful of farmers and colonist could rise up and tackle the largest military in the world way back in the 18th century, then perhaps we too can stand up, with God on our side, against the evil that rots our home. Perhaps Americaβs greatest days have yet to come.
I have played in cover bands on guitar and bass, but I've never successfully had a group to play originals with, which is my ultimate goal. I'd prefer to play guitar, but would be interested in a second guitarist who can add another flavor. I'm not a good vocalist, so someone comfortable singing would be great.
Here is my most recent work-in-progress piece, as well as a few older pieces.
