Does anybody have any idea how long it typically takes to go through the Working Holiday Visa process assuming everything is done properly for a Canadian?
If it takes 6+ months then I need to get started asap, but if it takes a couple weeks, I might get all the documentation ready to bring with me, and just do it over there when I've been there for a couple months (I'm wanting to travel around Europe a bit before settling down in one location for longer). Any help is appreciated!
As per title, following discussions among the mod team, we have decided to update Rule 7 to allow low-effort content on official public holidays. However, these low-effort content must be related to the public holiday in particular.
For example, the official Chinese New Year public holidays for 2020 are scheduled for two days - 25th Jan and 26th Jan, so low-effort content are allowed for submission in these two days, with us being flexible enough to allow it a day earlier or later, depending on circumstances. However, the main caveat are that these content must be related to the public holiday in particular, so for the example above, all low-effort content must somehow relate to CNY. Otherwise, Rule 7 will still apply and the unrelated content would be removed.
The mod team have decide to update Rule 7 this year, as there were many creative and enjoyable low-effort content that were removed during a particular festive season or special occasions in the past. We've come to realize that if we removed these type of content during that particular time, most OPs would not re-submit them on a later date as the context does not apply anymore, which deprives the community of enjoying these content. Therefore, we decide to update Rule 7, in the hope that the community could enjoy these low-effort content in the right context.

I am the only one that is annoyed that DBG gives a shit about puclic holidays? Half of european countries have a day off, and maybe think its a nice time to play Planetside.
Curious about this; I haven't found any documentation of it other than this support article about holiday calendars in the iOS calendar app. Has anyone run into this in real life yet?
