A list of puns related to "Pubis (bone)"
I have at least double crossed syndrome, hourglass syndrome (from sucking in my stomach since age 13, now 33) fell on my tailbone at 13 as well, never had an xray. Also tore hamstring 2017, honestly i feel like I should have been paralyzed or something. Interpreting how i move my body seems to be by telling my nerves to move my bones. Even using muscles even to do arm curls is odd, and i dont really use my leg muscles at all, my stomach has been my support center. Now I have an uncomfortable dropping sensation, thats relived when i lay on my back or stomach for a few minutes. Does anyone have an idea of how to assist the lower back glutes and psosas to optimal position? Or do I need to do something woth my leg muscles so that I can actually put weight on my feet? Cause i feel like I donβt put anywhere near as much weight as i should like a string is holing my posterior side slightly elevated over my anterior side

Elliot Yeo is the not the messiah. Trust me, heβs recovering from one of the most debilitating injuries a modern footballer can endure.
Yeo made his long-awaited return from osteitis pubis at the weekend in the WAFL and while he got through unscathed it could be a long time until he is anywhere near his best. Iβve been there and while our treatment plans have been different it took me nearly two years to get back to the same level of footy I once played consistently.
West Coastβs poor form on the road casts doubt over their premiership credentials, but don't expect the dual John Worsold medallist to be the difference between a flag tilt and another season of what ifs.
For me, osteitis pubis was brutal physically and mentally. When Chris Connolly arrived at Fremantle in 2002 he bought a new fitness regime that involved intense track work and a strict powerlifting program.
While this program allowed me to reach unprecedented fitness levels, it played some part in my downfall with OP. And I was not alone, as some of my teammates, including Peter Bell, had similar issues throughout this period, My issues started in 2006. I began the season in normal fashion but about 10 games in I sensed something was not right with my body.
My output had dropped, I continually felt pain through my abdomen and pubic area and I lost a lot of my power. I wasn't blessed with speed or with a big vertical leap, so to lose these attributes made it harder for me to have my usual impact.
I played through it for two months knowing something wasnβt right before I was diagnosed with the dreaded OP.
From here we sprung into action. Early on I would receive two pain-killing injections each week to get me through games but as the season wore on I was losing the battle. I was rested from games and my training loads were decreased to see if this would help. But it didnβt.
Physically I was hurting but the mental torment was just as bad because for the first time in my career I couldn't do what I had always done on the football field and that was hard to take.
Throughout this period there was speculation in the media that I should get dropped and that the game might have gone past me with my poor performances starting to mount. While all this was going on we were on a nine-game winning streak and charging to
... keep reading on reddit β‘I'm going to cut to the chase. My bf cannot fit into my vagina. We've tried a few positions, but that pubis bone is obstructing his entry and causing me pain because of it. I know my mom had the same problem.
Does anyone have any tips for me? We are itching to get to that next step in our relationship, but it just won't go in. Like, even he says it's too tight in there.
I'm 34+4 and the past few days my groin and pubic bone had felt sore and I just assumed that I had pulled a muscle working out or something. But then it didn't go away and I couldn't think of what I would've done that would've pulled any muscles. After some googling, I think I have PGP / SPD and man it is NOT comfortable! I'm wondering if this is common and if anyone else is/has dealt with the same thing?
My next doctor's appointment isn't until next week, so I'm just going to try to take it easy until then. Any advice??
Iβve just got to the start of my second trimester and was thrilled to have that burst of energy that I had been hoping for! Went for a run and was happy that I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy times... until that evening when my pubic bone felt like it was going to snap in two. The pain was bad all evening and went away the next day. I almost forgot about it and went for a run again the following week with the same unwelcome results.
Has anyone else experienced this and at early second trimester? The only advice I can find seems to be tailored for people much further along or suggest things like βtry gently walking insteadβ which isnt very helpful! Of course if there is nothing to be done, I wont just keep running as the pain gets worse each time and I am worried about long term issues but has anyone found a way to handle/ treat this?
I have a fairly prominent pubis bone and it sticks out when wearing leggings or tight clothing. Iβm pretty sure I have a posterior pelvic tilt, would that be the cause of my prominent pubis bone?
When Iβm doing the Superman pose to try to strengthen my back it puts pressure on my pubis bone and it is uncomfortable. Any advice on how to βtuckβ in my pubis bone? Or, do I just need to find different ways to strengthen my back?
For various reasons it has been many years since I slept with a guy, (or even kissed one, god I miss kissing so much) and I miss it so so so much. People say women can have sex whenever they want it. For me personally the opposite has been true and I sometimes literally scream from the frustration when I'm alone.
Sometimes it feels like I'm in a bubble of frustration and intense longing for physical contact and if I do find it, I will probably be too scared to do it because I have a very prominent mons pubis and worry that men will be repulsed by it, which frequently makes me feel extremely sad.
I see all of these posts with pictures of all different women with very varied vulvas etc but still none of them look quite like me.
Had to share it here because there's not a single person in my life I can share this with, but the pain of these feelings just keeps bubbling up. Thank you for letting me getting it off my chest.
This is a redux of my first ever post in this community, 3 years ago. The word listed first is what I think is best, but I do have alternatives for some of them.

I feel like Iβve been on a horse all day and need to hide this. Any tips beside ice? Also I need to get back soon so quick results are needed because Iβll be around them all day (Iβm not out)β¦.
Hi I am 16w+4 and I have been experiencing some soreness in my inner thighs towards my pelvis. It feels like the type of soreness after an intense workout but I have not been doing any sort of intense workouts. Also, I have soreness in my butt cheeks but it doesnβt feel like my cheeks are sore itβs like my actual pelvic bone is sore after laying on it. Iβve heard people mention SPD here and there and Iβve seen some people online say that itβs an intense pain that feels like you cannot move or walk. For me it feels more like general soreness and it is uncomfortable to open my legs wide. Is this just a fairly normal symptom of pregnancy or should I speak to my OB about SPD?
I see most posts here are in regards to labia minora surgery, however I'm wondering if anyone has had either a Mons pubis reduction or labia majora surgery? I'm wanting to have both done and have no idea what to expect! I've only really contemplated the idea in the past week more seriously than ever before in the past, so I'm at a complete starting point. Is there somewhere online where you can find photos of labia majora surgery (before & after)? When I search I can only find labia minora examples. Thanks!

Pubic eczema is quite literally the most annoying place for an eczema flare up and sometimes I feel like having hair there aggravates it more :/
I am wondering if others experience pubic bone pain or swelling as part of their IC symptoms? I've been telling my doctors for the last year that my primary pain site is in the symphisis area of my pubic bone. It feels badly bruised. My GP and urologist continue to treat me with medications for overactive bladder (Myrbetriq - it seems to have stopped helping) and IC (elmiron - this seems to help!).
I saw a new gynecologist last week and when I told him where the pain was, he isolated the spot and put pressure on it and I nearly jumped off the table. He's recommended I go for a scan.
I've wondered if there is a relationship between bone inflammation and bladder inflammation - either one causing or contributing to the other. When the pain and urgency is at the peak, I have a lot of swelling in the pubis area as well, which goes away when I get the pain and urgency back under control through diet and medication. I haven't heard of others having symptoms like this, so wanted to ask here.
These symptoms began immediately following a hysterectomy a year ago, and all of my labs and cystoscopy are clear, showing no indication of infection and suggest IC as a diagnosis of exclusion. I'm wondering if anyone else has been in a similar position, especially experiencing swelling and bone pain as the primary site of significant discomfort.
Salut a tous,
Hi all,
I just got diagnosed with generalized vulvodynia, vestibulodynia and vaginusmus last week. Iβve been taking 10 mg Amitriptyline for 6 days now. Iβve lately been getting frequent soreness on the lower left side of my mon pubis, and now more recently Iβve been getting like a stabbing or stinging pain there that has been driving me insane. I canβt find much on people experiencing pain in their mon pubis, so I was wondering if anyone else has similar symptoms. Would the Amitriptyline work for this? I am really apprehensive and feeling so broken. My doctor is almost positive it is nerve related. I just want to feel normal again. :(
I canβt even begin to describe the discomfort which slowly morphed into sheer pain by nighttime. I work from home due to COVID, so I literally sit at my dining room table from 8:30 - 5pm with the occasional bathroom breaks, food breaks, letting the dogs out, etc. and suddenly last week, at 5pm, as I would leave βworkβ to stand up, I noticed just soreness basically on my pubic bone/area. I assumed it was all the sitting and not enough stretching my legs. So last weekend comes and Iβm up bright and early as we are moving soon, so I head to Home Depot to buy moving supplies while the hubby takes time to snooze at home and I noticed the pain still lingering at 9am..so I panicked of course and pushed thru my shopping trip and made it home by 11am and the pain just worsened and lingered throughout the day into the night and Sunday it was just constant.
As of today, I barely can walk, I slowly waddle/shuffle across the house packing one box at a time with the help of my son. I slowly get up and sit down in my office chair and Iβm a legit sloth taking the stairs now. I did find some YouTube videos of exercises for pregnant women and postpartum women and I hope to god these mini-strengthening exercises help!! I have 4 months to go and I am reading horror stories of women who have issues well after birth!
Any advice would be appreciated!!
just a handful.
Like how?! I'm talking LOW low down. I know she's breech but this is just...something I never thought I'd feel lol. Anyone else get the pleasure of feeling this?
So Iβm used to every pain under the sun from endo but Iβm now getting pain in my mons pubis and just wondering if anyone has info on this. It is worst when I am walking or moving. Thanks Friendos!
Because they don't have pockets.
I would consider myself to be a significantly attractive woman. Iβm blonde, tall, have blue eyes, an hour glass shape, large breasts, and thicc thighs yada yada. I know guys like me but Iβve always have been sooo insecure to undress completely under my belt line if ya know what I mean. I naturally have like a fatter mons pubis and I have my whole life! I wouldnβt consider myself fat or really even plus Bc I have a really small waist and even after gaining a little bit due to stress and the pandemic, I still look relatively thin due to my hour glass and being tall (distributes weight nicely). I like my body for the most part and am lucky to have it except down under. I keep feeling like itβs gross or not sexy and itβs severely affected my relationships since I feel insecure and just will not get to the point where they would even see it. Iβm 21 and I want to stop being so scared of my body. I guess I want to know if this is a turn off. If youβre ere with a girl and she had a fatter mons pubis lol would you still find her sexy? Thank you lol I just really never hear about it so I really donβt even know what guys think about the subject.
Always check youβre muted in Teamsβ¦
My cat had fleas a few weeks ago and one jumped to me and bit me several times on my mons pubis (so unfortunate, right?). Itβs been weeks now but the bites stay itchy and gross.
Is there something I can safely put on there to help them heal? I keep researching STIs because Iβm just confused why theyβre not healing. I havenβt been sexually active in months tho so Iβm pretty sure itβs just the flea bites being nasty.
I had a pool day this past Tuesday and it seemed to help, but now theyβre itching again. Iβve been putting Neosporin on them overnight but all that seems to do is lessen the itching.
Honestly just not sure what to do. What do you suggest?
