If I was to ever lose FB access I would lose her profile. What is a good way to save her PICS/Posts quickly?

We use lifetouch to author files and it makes really washed out videos that when we put on our 4k tv's look like something from the 90s, BUT it's easy and the guys here have used it for a long time so they're used to it. I'd like to get something that makes dvd's and prints the covers and stickers but also offers 4k mp4/mkv output. thanks!

Backstory time: my grandfather died over 10 years ago at this point (I donโt remember exactly when). However, my grandmother is still alive, healthy, and killing it! This December 24th will be her 80th birthday.
Recently I noticed a trend where you use an app (Myheritage) and it can animate photos. I thought it would be great to take that a step further and animate a photo of them together with him kissing her cheek (or vise versa), make it a gif and have it loop infinitely in a digital picture frame.
Iโd love to pull this off before the holidays, but unsure if itโs even feasible.
