I have tried making assets myself, but I'm apparently too stupid. I tried the sketchup-blender process--as I do not own 3DSMax, but got terribly lost when it came to putting textures on the model when importing to the game.
I am happy to help/collaborate with any modeling that can be accomplished in sketchup/AutoCAD. I'm an architect with extensive knowledge about this building.
I think that this would be a wonderful addition to any city, and it would be nice for this lost architectural masterpiece to at least live on in a virtual world. Plus it would look better than Madison Square Garden in any New York re-creation.

It would be really great to see the platforms through the glass roof like with the European Main Station, but I realize the file size could prove to be a bit challenging.

Houston City Auditorium. Built-in 1910, It was where the city's major events took place such as wrestling matches, Performing arts & Concerts. The auditorium would be demolished in 1963 to make way for the Jones Hall for performing arts.

Dont see too many autos of this guy. 2019 Diamond Kings Elmer Flick cut auto 2/3. Flick only played for 12 years from 1898 to 1910 but it was enough to get him elected into the Hall of Fame in 1963.

15 January, 1953: The brakes on a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train malfunctioned. The train crashed into Union Station, Washington DC, jumped the passenger platform and fell through the floor of the passenger concourse into the basement.
