Back in the 80s, and for about 10 years we had some of the first Wawas outside PA. By the late 90s they had all rebranded under a different name. I'm told Wawa has figured out how to better franchise and they can be found all around the east coast again. There are 3 or 4 still around under the name Krauszer's. They kept the Wawa feel for a few years, now they are mostly dens for the real hardcore lotto addicts. They carry cheap products, but still have the deli like counter for sandwiches made to order. So if your driving around Bridgeport or New Haven you might catch something that looks familiar, but just not exactly right.

On November 16th, 1977, near the start of their North American News of the World tour, Queen put on a show right here in Connecticut! This is a show that is iconic in the sense that most of the images that exist from this performance are used all over in news articles and Wikipedia pages for the band.
Despite that though, we really don't know all that much about the performance itself! Memories are always great to hear about, so if you or anyone you know showed up to this gig and has something to say, don't be afraid to bring it up!
Furthermore, not a single recording exists for it either - these things can only last so long, and it's important that such a thing is preserved, at the end of the day, this is music history that should last for future generations to hear and experience as well.

I'm looking to switch to Comcast after I had a frustrating experience with Frontier in the Connecticut New Haven County area. I'm interested in Internet only and saw on their Xfinity site that there is Performance Pro (75 Mbps) for $79.95/mo and Blast! (150 Mbps) for $82.95/mo.
It seems really odd to me that they are offering double the speeds for just an extra $3/mo. Are there hidden fees associated with Blast! that Comcast isn't noting? Are there promotions that reduce these prices from their advertised prices on their site?
There is also just regular Performance (25 Mbps) for $34.95/mo. but after one year it goes up to $49.99 then $66.95 after the second month year (subject to change). This doesn't really seem worth it to me unless it stays around the $35/mo. price range.
Also, what modem/router is recommended since I will be purchasing my own?

So I'm a leader of an anime group in Connecticut. We have about 32 members at the moment and we're looking for a venue where we can regularly screen anime movie and shows . Our group is more centered towards adults and we aren't tied to any institutions like a university or a library.
Because we are focused on adults with full-time jobs we tend to prefer venues that are still open at around 6 to 8 o'clock on a Saturday. We've already tried the New Haven Public Library system and that doesn't work because they close at six.
We would prefer a venue that has it's own projector and a screen but if need be we can provide our own. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
