List your top ten favorite songs by the artist in ranked order, with #1 being your absolute favorite, #2 being your second favorite, etc.

• I use a script to automatically tally up the results, but it's very particular. Please use the following format to create your list:

Here's an example of what your list should look like.

• Listing a song as your #1 pick will give it 10 points, your #2 pick receives 9 points, #3 receives 8 points, etc. The ten songs with the most overall points will be our top ten for this week.
• You're allowed to list more than ten songs, but only your top ten will be considered.
• You're encouraged to explore the artist's discography and think about it before you decide on your top ten. The deadline is Monday @ 7pm ET.

I feel like there deeper parallels between these bands than I can articulate. On a surface level, I like the female vocals backed by a full band and sometimes slight folk slant to some musical arrangements. The song writing of these artists is what really gets me though. My favorite songs are the ones with complex and sort of cryptic storytelling that weaves a darker tone throughout.
