A list of puns related to "Nefertiti Bust"
I read this book years ago and for some reason today its in my head but I can't remember what it was called. A group of kids sneak into some abandoned yard and find a Nefertiti bust, and basically end up creating a religion for themselves out of it which starts as a game. They have rituals and all that jazz
Note: I genuinely have no idea how to flair this. It's a combination of lost artifact, unexplained death, and disappearance.
Today, the bust of the legendary Egyptian Queen Nefertiti is one of the world's most recognizable works of Egyptian art. But for all its fame, little is known concretely about Nefertitiβs life and death. Who were her parents? Where was she from? How many children did she have? How and when did She die? The answer to one question, however, would surprisingly help us answer most others: how much power did Nefertiti wield?
Note: I will be shortening most of the names mentioned here, eg. from Ankhkheperure-mery-Neferkheperure/-Waenre/-Aten Neferneferuaten to Neferneferuaten. I think the reasoning behind this is clear.
Early Life:
Neferneferuaten Nefertiti, whose name translates to βA/The Beautiful Woman Has Come,β was born sometime around 1370 BC. Her parentage is unknown, but she may have been a princess of Mitanni, a northern Syrian state, or the daughter of Ay, who would rule as pharaoh after the death of Tutankhamun (better known as King Tut); this theory, however, is controversial, as Nefertiti was never explicitly referred to as the daughter of Ay and his wife Tey, though some have proposed the existence of another wife, Luy, before Tey. Some also believe that Nefertiti was the full sister of her husband, the Pharaoh Akhenaten, whom she wed in an unknown year, likely soon after he took the throne. The relationship seems to have been a happy oneβby the standards of the Egyptian royal family at the time, at leastβand there are numerous depictions of Nefertiti and Akhenaten together during his early reign. Some artwork even suggests that she may have been considered a living fertility goddess.
Akhenatenβs rule was controversial; rather than worship the traditional Egyptian Gods, he averted worship towards Atenββthe disc of the sun,β and an aspect of Raβand changed many aspects of Egyptian life. Nefertiti and Akhenaten had at least an unknown number of daughters (probably around seven or eight, but at least six), at least one of whom Akhenaten may have taken as a wife, and two of whom became queens of Egypt.

... keep reading on reddit β‘Over ten years ago as a child I had an art history book that was very important to me. I bought it from a thrift store and I read it every night and it went through a big life event with me before being taken from me so I'd like to find it again.
It was a big book, at least three inches thick, a white cover with a Nefertiti bust on the front. It was a mix of text with pictures and I think the title was something simple like 'world art'.
With such a simple title and no idea of who the author is I haven't been able to find it by googling. If anyone knows the name and author or how I might find it easier I would appreciate it so much.
Assuming you can afford it, is this a good buy? I already have the Criox Cross so this will make the looting stats extremely strong. However, I am Industrial Age so I would need to triple jump to CW age to display more than one legendary. Iβm torn.
Welcome your thoughts
One of my villagers gifted me this but I already have it so I wanted to give it away to someone who doesn't!
Comment bellow what is the first thing you will do once quarantine is over! I will randomly pick one winner in exactly 2 hours from now. Goodluck!
Update: winner has been chosen! Congratulations to them!
