A list of puns related to "Monopole (wine)"
Folks I have a made a DD and moved through the worldwide recent news about Covovax/Novavax, we have a potential wildcard upcoming, which could lead to +30% within a week or two.
As you may know, India not yet started their booster campaign and their major jab used during the pandemic was Covishield, which is the AstraZeneca jab.
Well during evidence that it’s not the best against omicron and as a booster during effectiveness after 6 months of less then 10%, they are considering RIGHT NOW, to use either Corbevax or Covovax/Novavax as booster shot.
Now consider, Corbevax has no data and no inventory and less capacity for that purpose and is less effective as well.
Covovax/Novavax has top booster data, as well as top mix/match study data and India already ordered 200 Mio doses, while SII stockpiled a lot, which is well known.
https://www.ndtv.com/india-news/boosters-government-to-decide-soon-whether-two-new-vaccines-cleared-today-can-be-used-for-third-dose-2676301
Now check this out, decision will be made within days…I have a hell of a feeling it’s going to be Covovax!
Now based on my research/DD Novavax costs for a dose is around 2 $, they make a 50/50 profit share with SII on India and other low to middle income countries.
In India they sell it for around 12 USD a dose and they will also use this for children in below 6 months they said.
Well just saying, the 200 mio doses won’t bring India far guys…there is a massive reorder as the silverlining, I guess between 200-500 mio doses easily?!
Count for yourself how much profit that means for Novavax and what an huge impact this Monopole on booster shots will have for them in India.
You can have this stock now for a major discount almost at its 1Y low and anyway now sitting on a technical support.
Let me know your opinions!
Just curious if it would be a substitute for radials on the ground. Thanks.
'**5-star wine** Purple black, with a light reduction on the nose, but a massive heart to it. Waves of fruit, red and black fighting it out, incredible intensity through the middle, a very good little touch of acidity at the back. Clos de Tart is never going to be a sensual wine though there is plenty of flesh on the bones. Perfectly judged ripeness here. Probably a bit more than 50% whole bunch has been used overall, but the decision is made for each individual cuvee. The bouquet holds up really well and there is a terrific mineral crunch to finish. The red fruit starts to take the lead and the precision of this first class Clos de Tart was clear to see.'

'The 2019 Clos de Tart Grand Cru is first vintage where winemaker Alessandro Noli has 100% responsibility and so the buck stops with him. Firstly that dialling down of new wood was the correct decision because already it is seamlessly entwined within the aromatics, allowing the quite plush Dorset plum, bilberry and light estuarine aromas to flourish from the glass. Impressive delineation here. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grain tannins, very well-judged acidity, great harmony from the start. Good salinity, that saltiness leaving a residue on the tongue and leaves it tingling and it feels reassuringly persistent. I think this is a great success for Noli and doubtless it will age well over the next 25-30 years. Welcome to the new Clos de Tart.'

What are your thoughts on CDT as an investment, especially in the view of the purchase of the Clos by Français Pinault (Latour, Château Grillet, etc) in 2017?
And considering the price increases of the previous years.

Or would it bend too much? Would four radials be enough or should I add 6, 8, etc?
What is the average lifespan of a steel monopole?
Specifically, four different metrics should exist:
Mass ≠ 0, Magnetic charge ≠ 0, Electric charge = 0, angular momentum = 0
Mass ≠ 0, Magnetic charge ≠ 0, Electric charge ≠ 0, angular momentum = 0
Mass ≠ 0, Magnetic charge ≠ 0, Electric charge = 0, angular momentum ≠ 0
Mass ≠ 0, Magnetic charge ≠ 0, Electric charge ≠ 0, angular momentum ≠ 0
As magnetic fields contribute to the T^(00) of the stress-energy tensor, magnetic charge would necessitate a new metric beyond Schwarzschild, Kerr, Reissner-Nordström, and Kerr-Newman.
I do, of course, understand if only the case where all are non-zero has a name, as that's the most general case that the others could be derived from.
I understand that the Gauss law for magnetism states that the divergence of magnetic fields is zero in all points, which denies the existence of magnetic monopoles. However, most derivations for this statements come from the Biot-Savart law, which describes magnetic fields generated by electric currents. If the Gauss law for magnetism comes from the Biot-Savart law, it appears to me that the statement that magnetic monopoles do not exist is only true when such field is generated by electric current, but it doesn't apply if the monopole was generated by a particle or anything other than electric current.
Basically, does the Gauss law for magnetism deny the existence of magnetic monopoles in general or only when the field is generated by some electric current?
Edit: thanks for your replies, as you said, sometimes we (especially undergrads) lose touch with the fact that these equations and plenty of other laws are rooted in empirical observation
I have a 5 foot steel flagpole that I want to use as a 1/4 monopole 6 meter antenna. I never built one before. I thought about using 18awg wire for the radials. Does it matter what angle the wires are or can they sort of droop or hang loose from the flag pole? How would I tune it compare to a dipole? I only built dipole antennas.
I have a receiver that I want to use in the VHF region (150 - 160 Mhz). It is matched for 50 ohms, but I don't have room to use a UFL or SMA connector, and I don't have room for a large antenna.
1.) Can I just solder a piece of wire (to use as an antenna) straight to the receiver hardware? What is the best way to do this -- will I also need a 50 ohm resistor in series with this piece of wire?
In other words, which one of these is preferable if I'm not using a SMA or UFL connector? The long wire on the left represents the wire I'm soldering onto the PCB.

2.) Let's say I do one of the above, and it turns out that the SWR is terrible. Can I improve it by adding a matching circuit? Let's say something like this? Of course I'd use a smith chart to figure out the proper values.

3.) Even a quarter wave antenna is too long. If I make a 1/8 wave antenna, will that be any better than using a short antenna of some arbitrary length?
It's a bit of stretch to ask this kind of question here, so please forgive me in advance.
Ignoring white holes, and exotic states of matter, I'm wondering if black holes may have been created with the help of magnetic monopoles.
Knowing that black holes create strong gravity wells that lead to an infinite singularity, and that light cannot escape it at the fundamental level, is it possible that right before the total collapse of the core of massive stars (or merging of neutron stars) briefly create matter that is dominated by magnetic monopoles, which completes the collapse of the iron core into a singularity?
Thank you for your time and responses
Jak to jest że sklepy monopolowe są codziennie otwarte mimo tego że większość sklepów w niedziele powinno być zamknięte.
Came across this on the outskirts of my town last week, and was wondering if anyone could identify this rather nondescript single panel. This monopole wasn't here a month ago, and I didn't find anything in the county's building permits for anything in this area. What I find odd is that it's just one panel, and faces away from the city and into rural farmland. At the time I took the pictures it didn't have a functioning power meter yet.
The only other markings besides the label on the Commscope coax is a lock with a Riviera Utilities tamper seal on it. Riviera is our local power-water-gas-internet-cable company.
One of the carriers appears to be moving off the older tall lattice towers to these monopoles, but the other have the normal triangular racks with usually two panels or more per side.
As the subject states, I'm trying to find a definitive answer on the height to place my side surrounds at. The general consensus seemed to be ~2 feet above ear level (SVS and old Dolby recommendation, etc.), but things have changed with Atmos.
For various reasons I, unfortunately, will not be getting Atmos. I've also heard people say that monopoles should be placed at ear height even if you don't have Atmos. So I've done a ton of research but can't seem to come up with a best answer.
For now I will be sticking with SVS' recommendation of 2 feet above ear level, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
