So I stumbled across a post claiming that Maximilian I was the creator of modern charro outfit (among other things which included the creation of bolillo (a local bread), the secularisation of government and pro LGBT laws). Is there any truth in this claims?

Mexico's Sexond Emperor is alive and well in the depths of Chico-Net
Maximilian I of Mexico had a tragically short rule over a young Mexico, tricked into assuming the throne by those who would sought to use him as a puppet against the people. Despite this, there can be no doubt in the minds of any who have read his works or looked into the actions of this man that he genuinely fell in love with and worked to protect his new homeland.
This love of Mexico and its people is the very foundation of Maximilian’s AI, the heart of his programming. In this way, he differs from all of his brothers, who came into their emotions over time-based on simulated. In this sense, Maximilian is an anomaly among Tlaloc’s four children, and simultaneously the weakest and most powerful of them, depending on how invested he is in a cause. Maximilian’s dream is to see Mexico bloom again, and restore La Patria. Or more in sorrow than in anger, he will destroy all threats to his adopted homeland.
Maximilian’s blind nobility has endeared him to his brothers, all of whom quietly work to protect him in their own ways. In their eyes, he is the weakest of them, but also the most akin to their father. Santa Anna believes that Maximilian needs to be preserved and kept away from the horrors of the wasteland, even as the revolutionary Emilio Zapata and vengeful Moctezuma II work to quietly prepare him for the harsh and unquantifiable cruelties of the human condition. For they must teach him that war never changes.
At the very heart of who Maximilian is are the greatest and last words he ever spoke. “I forgive everyone, and I ask everyone to forgive me. May my blood, which is about to be shed, be for the good of the country. Viva Mexico, viva la independencia!” For the AI acknowledges the past mistakes that lead to this moment, and has sworn to never again fail the people of Mexico. He believes that now, more than ever, they need him.
The destruction of the Imperial Army and the capture of Maximilian I leaves the Catholic League unprotected long enough for Gustavus to make serious gains and makes the Battle of Lutzen a minor battle in which Gustavus is NOT killed, and lives to build a Protestant power in Central and South Germany/Austria.
In 1509, War between Sweden and Denmark resumed following a Lübecker ship raiding Bornholm. Wikipedia says that Maximilian supported Lübeck and Sweden this time, as he had 'his own ambitions' regarding the throne of Sweden. He rescinded his support in 1512, the same year of the death of Svante Sture. Was this his favoured man for the throne, or did he favour some relative or Habsburg for the throne?
