A list of puns related to "Male accessory gland"
I have severe depression, and started medication again a few weeks ago. I have empty sella syndrome, which means my pituitary gland is flattened fr exessive brain fluid build up. My testosterone got checked 2 weeks ago, it's around 350, a few months ago it was in the 100s. I'm sure that the low testosterone is contributing to my depression. I pretty mich want to get my levels in a healthy range for my age, given that I exercise, eat healthy, don't drink alcohol at all(if I didn't have depression and lowish testosterone I would drink probably sometimes, but I really try to do everything that's in my power to better my mood and hormones lifestyle wise). I don't think going the slab route is a good idea, because I live in Germany and the law is very strict.
I m so ocd about my sexual accessory glands. I wish and hope they are not there in me.
Anyway to make these accessory glands disappear without surgery? Somehow? Or should I just hope they are not there to feel better?
Hi all, before I start ive already seen a vet and will probably seek a 2nd opinion as well, but a few days ago my gf noticed our winter white scent gland was hard and about the size of a small pea, vet gave us antibiotics to see if its an infection, and when i give him his medicine i also wipe it with a warm wash cloth to clean any gunk away. I havent really noticed it getting better or worse tho. Im not really sure what his scent gland was like before we noticed so we're not sure if normal or not. His behavior and diet hasnt changed at all hes still acting normal. The vet wants him back in 10 days when the antibiotics are done but she suggested surgery if it turns out to be a tumor which im afraid of doing obviously. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it?
Hello,
Just went to the eye doctor a few days ago and for the first time, they scanned my meibomian glands (rip). The results were that most of them had really atrophied and was told that my best option was to get lipiflow, which I am doing in a few days. However, I've been. suffering with dry eyes (evaporative) for a year and a half now and it has really ruined my life. Especially now with all of my classes being online, my grades are kinda slipping just because I don't want to stare at the computer screen all day. (Also Im majoring in EE, where Im going digital, so a lot of programming as well). Early on when I first got dry eyes, I never really gave it much though as I thought it would go away in a few weeks, as early periods of my life I also had dry eyes for only like a month and then it went away. (Now looking back, I suspected that my MDG had started back then probably). So after 3 months of not going away, I decided to see an eye doc (a different doc at the time), which at the time diagnosed me with evaporative dry eyes and prescribed me restasis. At the time I didn't know why my eyes were so dry so I just accepted restasis as a treatment. My eyes only got a little better (as expected) and thats when I decided to do more research on my own. There I learned more about mdg, and started warm compresses and omega 3. I also knew about gland atrophy but didn't think much about it at the time. After months went by, my symptoms didn't much better. And that leads up to now, where I had recently went to another eye doc, where I got an actual scan of my meibomian glands and found out how bad my glands really were.
Just a random rant but kinda sucks to have this only at age 19. I probably would have been fine getting it at age 45+ and keep telling myself that I would rather lose both my legs and one arm, in trade for healthy eyes lol. Was wondering if there is still hope for me in not feeling pain everyday for the rest of my life? Well if you made it up to here, ty for reading and allowing me to rant.
TLDR: Recently went to and eye doctor and found out that most of my meibomian glands have atrophied badly. Only 19 male and don't want to suffer for the rest of my life. Tips?
Edit: ty for everyone who replied! Just had a check up with my doc after 6 weeks from lipiflow and noticed in big improvements.
