A list of puns related to "Made in Abyss"
Seems like anime like this are very few and far between. Made in Abyss is one of the few anime that actually sent shivers down the spine and really immersed me in the world. One of the few anime that actually made me genuinely frightened for the characters. The animation style, the voice acting, and soundtrack all really made the story come together well.

I’ve been poking around here and there and found this, dk if it’s good or not but I’d rather get a second opinion before jumping into “the abyss” if you will.
EDIT: I just finished it and thank you all for motivating me to watch. This is by far one of the best anime I’ve ever watched, although the beginning was slow, it ended up ripping my emotions apart many times over. Thank you for all suggesting and for all the upvotes!
It's like somebody said "What if I took the Nina Tucker scenario from FMA, made it way more sad, and then sprinkled some Old Yeller on top of it?"
The way Nanachi places all of Mitty's favorite toys and dolls around her. I immediately remembered putting my childhood dog down. Combined with everything else, I just ugly cried and sobbed my eyes out the entire way through, and now three days later, I still can't stop thinking about it.
Just...damn.
Hi I'm Kevin Penkin. I wrote the scores to Made in Abyss, Under the Dog, Norn9, as well as the music to the upcoming games "Florence" by Studio Mountains and "Necrobarista" by Studio 59 among others. Feel free to ask me anything!

Hey hey! As some of you guys may know, Tsukushi Akihito (author of Made In Abyss) was recently hospitalized. Good news is that he's doing better now and is back at work on the manga. Regardless, we decided to round up a few artist and put together some digital get well soon cards to tweet at him.
We're going to see if we can collect some wishes of good health from the community to slap onto the get well cards. Hopefully receiving some love from his foreign fans will keep him in good health and spirits!
What to include in your message:
^Your ^message ^should ^be ^a ^reply ^in ^this ^thread.

Additional information:
You guys have ~24 hours to get your messages in before we put them on the cards and tweet them to Tsukushi.
I've locked the thread as we've now sent the tweet to Tsukushi.

I watched it a while ago and thought it was fine but definitely not as great as a lot of people here seem to think. I mean I thought it looked really nice, and last episode was good. But other than that I’m not really seeing what makes it a fan favourite. Do you think I just missed something, or was it just not for me?
I've heard many great things about the show, for example, its darkness. Yet, I failed to see darkness in the show. I am at 80% of the series, so I've'nt seen everything yet, but is this really a main selling point? What other selling points are there?
At first, I thought this show had a lot of potential, and I still kinda do, but up until now I haven't really seen that many spectecular things. It just was just 'okay' for my taste. Maybe season 1 was just world building? Then I have hope season 2 will have much more up its sleeve.

Hi, MiA fans. We know we said goodbye some days ago, but Webcomic Gamma doesn't seem to be done with the Anthology, after all!
We are back with the latest released Made in Abyss Anthology Volume 2 chapter.
It happens in Layer 6, so don't click the link if you are anime-only.
What is she really dreaming about, though?
It's a wholesome chapter, but with the trademark, last page semi-lewd punchline.
The translation team hopes you like it.
