I’ll be transitting through Mactan Cebu on the 5th of January, arriving at 3:30AM from Davao and leaving at 7:05 AM bound for Kuala Lumpur. I was wondering what is the process of transferring from a Domestic flight to an International flight at Mactan Airport. Much thanks as this will be my first time transitting through the airport. Also, I will have checked baggage with me so concise direction would be appreciated (as well as Elevators and Escalators 😅)
