A list of puns related to "List of equipment of the United States Coast Guard"
TheΒ Marine security response team or MSRT is the full-time counter-terrorism assault arm of maritime law enforcement.Β It is the only unit within the Coast Guard that has counter-terrorism capabilities to conduct action against hostile targets. The MSRT is trained to be the first response unit to potential terrorist threats, deny preemptive terrorist actions, execute security actions against armed hostiles and/or non-compliant threats, participate in port level counter-terrorism exercises, execute tactical facility entry, and educate other forces on Coast Guard's counter-terrorism procedures. Although the MSRT's focus is primarily on the safety and security of homeland defense, it is capable of rapidly deploying worldwide in response to incidents.Other specialized units and federal agencies that MSRTs routinely train with are the SEAL teams, Special warfare combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), Helicopter Sea Combat Squadrons and Explosive Ordance Disposal (EOD) of the Navy, Maritime Raid Force of the Marine Corps, Special Mission Units, the Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Border Patrol's BORTAC, and the Customs and Border Protection Special Response Teams (SRT).
The title honestly sums most of the story up, but Iβm driving across the United States from East to West coast after essentially quitting my job. I say essentially because they think Iβm on vacation between projects after training my replacement on how to do my last role.
To answer the more obvious questions: no, single, no, no, no, I donβt know.
To ask those more obvious questions: do you have a travel plan? How are you managing this? Do you have a job lined up? Do you have savings? Arenβt your worried? Why not?
Joking aside, I am not yet 30, have little to no social life, became bored with my life, have very little debt, and chanced upon an opportunity to live almost rent free for a couple months in Portland. So I gave my project notice, told my roommates, got a new (used) car with the little money I had, and packed all of my worldly belongings into an SUV in just 3 hours. Then I left VA for potentially the last time, and remembered just how incredibly awful rush hour is in the DC Metro area.
Turns out living a bachelor lifestyle has some benefits, like not having to move furniture. Even still the car is packed to bursting. Makes me wonder, βwhat the hell is all this stuff?β
I will say my copilot is awfully quiet, and Iβve got a fair distance left to cover.
Does anyone here have personal experience with the NG intel units in the west coast?
Iβd like to stay closer to home but at the same time I would like to opt in for the most high speed unit possible.
Thanks in advance!
