Lately my phone has been giving me push notifications from Coingeek which is owned by a billionaire that has zero ethics trying to rewrite a narrative on who Satoshi Nakamoto is and why he created bitcoin. For clarity's sake, that Billionaire is not Craig Wright but some other guy who is backing him (the name escapes me for the time being).
Bitcoin is censorship resistant, permissionless, borderless, open-source, and unpatented. Craig Wright manipulated a family member of David Kleimann to send a thumb drive that contained the private keys to a wallet that contained a large amount of bitcoin - all unbeknownst to Ira Kleimann in the beginning.
Beyond that, every single time Craig Wright was summoned to court to provide evidence of his claims to that amount of bitcoin as well as his claims to being Satoshi Nakamoto, he was caught submitting forgeries on at least two occasions I can think of off the top of my head.
For more information make sure you visit https://privacypros.io/stop-craig-wright/ for his full list of lies.

If you're wondering why this thread has such a better vibe than the other BofA reveal thread, it's because this was the thread made when only long standing WSB users could post (Approved users)
I'm looking to apply to an apartment home, and I have a collections from 6 years ago on my credit report. The apartment application says that any legal proceedings filed against me is a rejection. In this case, is the collections a legal proceeding? I never had to go to court, and I'm currently trying to dispute the collection. I would just like to know if I should still apply to the apartment since I have to pay an application fee.
Haven't done any sort of legal update in a while, so just want to give a quick update to some of the cases that people in this sub have been interested in.
The big case is the initial Kensington/Pawn Shop lawsuit over the 4 parking spaces in the rear of the pawn shop building. This case has been pending since November 2019 and I think the basic facts are mostly familiar to this sub.
There was a hearing yesterday in which both parties were seeking a summary judgment. The bar to meet in a summary judgment is pretty high - generally you have to prove that there is no real debate about the facts, and that the facts show that your claim is legally correct. When you have a scenario where both parties are seeking summary judgment, it's usually a sign that the case is pretty close to wrapping up since both parties feel comfortable with the facts as they've been established.
The judge had 3 options - side with Kensington, side with Pawn Shop, or deny both motions and set the case for trial. He chose option 3 - denying both motions and setting a jury trial date for March 2022.
Remember that this judge had already ruled for Kensington earlier in this case, only to see that ruling overturned at the Court of Appeals. He may be a bit gun-shy, having already been reversed once, so he may not want to take the chance of a second reversal on the same case.
So if a jury trial date has been set, can we assume that this case is going to go to a trial? Not remotely. I'd actually be stunned if they impanel a jury over 4 parking spaces. Realistically, this is the judge saying to the parties that he isn't going to take sides and to work it out amongst themselves. I think both parties wanted to see if they'd get a freebie win here before settling, but now that they didn't a settlement is my prediction.
Case number 2 between these two parties is the much more recent case, only filed in September of 2021. This is the case about the concrete slab that protrudes from Pawn Shop onto the Kensington site, where Kensington is asking for Pawn Shop to pay for its removal.
Pawn Shop effectively considers this a nuisance case and has filed a motion to immediately dismiss it. Kensington opposes this motion (obviously) but has not filed a motion for judgment themselves, probably indicating that they're perfectly happy to drag this case on and on with factfinding. The initial hearing here is set for late November.
This one, to me, seems pretty clearly like it has

Title is self explanatory. Soldier of mine requested 15-6 from command for his pending article 15, and command said he absolutely cannot have it. Does the soldier have a legal right to view this prior to the conclusion of the article 15?
Forgive me but I asked on a couple of threads but no one answered.
I am very confused about the way this is being handled.
First it was in the lower court, where it was denied so it got appealed. The appellate court sent it back because the judgement wasn't properly finished. And that was what was supposed to be done today.
But, they couldn't make a decision because Dewine's lawyers filed an appeal in the Supreme Court.
Am I correct so far?
If I am, I don't understand how Dewine can appeal in the Supreme Court if the case isn't even IN the supreme court. Doesn't the case need to be decided on in the lower court properly, then either side can appeal it in appellate court, and THEN it can go before the Supreme Court IF the Supreme Court accepts the case? And then if they do, whatever decision the Supreme Court decides is the final decision, no appeal from either side?
Help me to understand what is going on. I don't understand how Dewine could appeal already before a judgement has been made and how was he able to do it in the Supreme Court already.
Please, don't clog up my thread asking questions about the case itself that could be answered in the many other threads about the case. I just want answers regarding what I wrote because I am honestly trying to understand.
