What’s the deal with this odd looking skull image I keep seeing on the back of leather jackets, like the one worn by Timothee Chalamet in “Don’t look up”? Is it the logo of a punk band or something?

This is a review for three high quality jackets purchased from Angela (u/Berluti88). The items purchased are as follows: Tom Ford leather jacket in black, Yves Saint Laurent leather biker jacket in black, and Louis Vuitton suede jacket in navy. I communicated with Angela about purchasing the items but ultimately purchased the items through wegobuy.com through a Taobao link. Angela was pretty great to work with throughout the entire process.
I must say…I am extremely happy with both the quality and fit of each jacket purchased. I have not compared any of these items to retail but purchased the items based on their styling and my personal preference. Due to the high quality and the lamb leather/suede feel of each item, I assume that all three are relatively close or better yet close enough for me in quality/craftsmanship in comparison to the retail items.

Shipping took 9 days to USA via FedEx through wegobuy.com. I paid ~$160 USD for the package of 5500g which consisted of 3 jackets, LV Belt, Zegna Tie, and Zegna socks (Angela gifted the Zegna items for free due to a delay in the manufacture of the jackets by the factory).
Quality 10/10
The “feel” of each the jacket is of soft, smooth, high quality lamb leather and suede.
The inside and sleeves on the two leather jackets have cotton sateen lining fabric. The inside of the LV jacket and sleeves is lamb leather.
All buttons on each jacket are branded. The stitching is very good and with no loose threads.

I've been looking into getting a replica lambskin L17 for months and I'm split between Peltiano and La Califfa.
Peltiano seems to be the most popular, but some people have told me that La Califfa's jackets are slightly higher quality. I'm also leaning towards La Califfa because his jackets seem to fit a lot better. When comparing the size chart to retail SLPs on Grailed, the measurements are almost identical. Peltiano's seem to be too long both in the size chart and in photos I've seen.
If anyone here has had the opportunity to try jackets from both sellers, please let me know how they compare in quality, accuracy, and fit.
If I go with La Califfa, I'm considering getting a custom 46 with the length shortened by 1-2cm, as retail seemed to be very slightly too long on me when I tried it on in the Saint Laurent store. Is it worth doing this, or am I best off keeping the stock sizing?
It'd make a great Christmas gift for a loved one.
