Citizens of the United States of America should have an opporunity to vote on bills proposed by Congress.
It seems strange to me that in a "democratic" country, laws impacting over 300,000,000+ people are made and voted on only by members of congress. I think it would be very beneficial to the middle and lower class people of the US to have a say in what bills get passed by our government. We would live in a more equal society if everyone would have the chance to vote on bills that impact their day to day lives.
