A list of puns related to "Insurgency weapons and tactics"
I heard that under the rule of Ferdinand Marcos in the 70s communist insurgents in the Philippines expanded their presence to around 70% of the country. I'm curious how they managed to expand their presence that rapidly and how the Philippines managed to recover and contain insurgents
Taliban βspecial forcesβ have night vision nods, fast helmets, and tac vests, as well as other gear beyond some conventional state militaries. The Taliban also have tanks, helicopters, planes, and various other western gear and tech that was left behind by the ANA and other entities. If we go back to war with the Taliban (and thatβs assuming this momentum doesnβt expand to other terror organizations or other regions where terrorism is prominent) are we going to be fighting a much more dangerous and intense war than the previous GWOT? Thank you.
Lots of Fudders saying things like I don't believe it's going to squeeze etc but I'm still holding.
Examine that statement. If you don't believe, why in Gods name would you stay in such a volatile stock? You just enjoy risking you money? No the smart thing to do in that case is to get out and reinvest when the stock stabilizes if you wanted to be part of the new gamestop.
The apes and diamond hand believers stay in because the data points to the squeeze and we like the stock. Don't fall for half truths and bullshit. They are here to spread fud.
Apes you are doing a good job ππ but let's keep it up. They are downvoting the hell out of good comments that challenge their FUD and expose them. Report them. Make life better for the sub.
Look at the account. They are not always new accounts spreading FUD we know they hedgies.put in contracts recruiting people with longer reddit life and high karama. So look deeper what are they trying to convince you of?
Buy and Hodl is the way. If they say different inquire what is?
I noticed that a lot of the recommended readings here like Horse Soldiers and First In mainly cover the early years of the war. I'm wondering if there are any good books or journals out yet which cover and give a history of the later war and nation building efforts like the rise of the Taliban insurgency, the beginning and end of the US troop surge, and US/ANA tactics. I've heard of the book Afghanistan Declassified covering this but I was wondering if there are more readings like it out there.
Title sums it up, so Im a (not so) fresh newbie to our favorite Space-Ninja simulator and Im curious to know how you veterans deal with the system. I know you can buy the slots with platinum (Im sure going to buy some with the free is given us in the start lol) but Im wondering if there's any other way of obtaining them. As I've seen tons of Veterans with dozens of Warframes and hundreds of weapons. What do you Tenno do to always have room for more stuff?

I really like to drop on sub or the satelite dishes in the north between docks and arsenal, getting a vehicle with a trophy and hunting for runners. Hoping to learn from you all
Has anything new or old shown to be increadibly efficient?
What has been the most effective way these insurgents have shown to fight and last as long as they have against such overwhelming odds?
Is it in their Command structures? The tactics they use? Just overwhelming zealousy to forign invaders?
So, after seeing s06e03 I have a doubt that I don't know if somewhere in the book is adressed.
When the Roci is fighting the Pela, The Roci use the PDC fire as a shrapnel wall to hit the enemy ship.
And this creates a doubt in my head:
When a ship is chasing you, why do not release a whole bunch of small spheres or something like that to crate sort of a wall. Or even better, don't expect that your whole missile will hit, explode before creating a bunch of shrapnel, like a cluster bomb.
Same happend the other way arround, the Roci chasing the Azure Dragon. Release a bunch of small objects and be done. At those Ξv and at that close-ish range, I doubt you could evade that tactic.
Am I missing something?
I've always thought that you need to understand the social base of an insurgent group in order to really understand it.
Spent just over 13 years flying on two platforms, as a naval aircrewman, conducting sea combat operations.
First off: does the game still feel like it is moving away from being tactical and more into arcadey cod skin area since the controversy with the Chinese new year skin or does it still remain true to its legacy
2nd: is it easy to get into and get the hang of the ttk?
3: can I still have fun in pvp even if I'm alone and don't use mic?
4: what is the content release schedule?
5: I've heard that performance is better since 2018, how does it play on 1080ti max settings at 1440p?
6: has the game felt a little repetitive at times?
7: is the matchmaking stable and good? ( steam charts don't paint a good picture and I'm curious on wait times)
Im tired of BRs and since the absolute failure of battlefield 2042 I'm just yurning for something new, fun, and I think very importantly: fucking functional.
So i bought Insurgency today and i love it it's amezing and something new, and playing with your mates makes it evan batter but most of us play it or atleast try to play it as Milsim game and we decide to play some pvp tactically the first match nothing special but whne it came to the match later on felt like I'm playing COD people sweat like its idk what. Yet another game ruined by COD sweats, like what's the point of it why do you do it ?
What equipment and/tactics do you think are underused
For me it's 2 things mainly
RPG7 frag for weapons and for something people don't do often enough is SLs placing additional ammo crates in convenient positions or even dynamically
What if the Confederates recognized that a traditionally fought war against the larger and more industrialized North would be fruitless and that insurgency and guerrilla warfare tactics were the way to go?
The insurgencies of the Vietnamese about a century later, they similarly weren't looking to conquer any land from the Americans but to make conditions miserable enough that they would withdraw their military presence.
Iβm about to buy the game and Iβm just wondering if there is weapon progression like shitty MW
