Holy shit this fucking resonates. Yes some of what he describes is chemically-induced, but I wouldn't doubt there's something underneath these words, the cycles of being up and feeling out of control... and yet all he knows is sad songs. Maybe I'm projecting my experiences into this song, but still, it resonates...

The only instrumental track (reposted repeatedly) for the popular "I Took a Pill In Ibiza" is a redo and not a straight instrumental. This is very obvious when listening to the actual chorus versus the instrumental's, which is disappointing since IMO the original's chorus sounds really good.
Here's my own version with the exact same tune as the original song.
Feel free to download my version and use it in mashups. I made it specifically because the old instrumental found on Youtube doesn't sound nearly as good for mashups.

I'm not that a big fan of this song in general but I still think the original is a lot better than the Seeb remix that went so viral. Much more emotion and musical details
