A list of puns related to "I Capture the Castle"
Seems kinda crappy... was hoping I could keep my stuff and stage a rebellion. I donβt see how you could possibly do this on your own now.
I guess Iβll just stick with Nords then.
Hello,
Started playing M&B2 a couple of weeks ago and finally reached clan level 3. I've completed the dragon banner and understand I need to capture a castle and then return to Maruneth, to complete the quest. I would like to choose to break up the empire and want to start my own kingdom. I am looking at capturing a castle from the empire, but every time I do, I cannot get halfway through the seigecamp before being attacked by a large/multiple 100+ units armies. I can defeat up to 150 unit army with my 110 unit army, but every time I do, I need to take refuge in a nearby city to heal and rebuild my army. Any guidance is appreciated.
Yeah so like the title said, I did a siege against Seregost, made my way to the leader, entered the door, and the room just ain't there. I grabbed a clip which you can see here. This happened last night and I figured once I relaunched the game it would be fixed, but it's still like that. I'm playing on PC if that makes a difference.
EDIT: I went and validated my files through Steam. It found 5 missing files and downloaded them but the bug is still there. Next step would probably be reinstalling it but I want to avoid that since it's over 100gb.
EDIT 2: I reinstalled the game and made sure that my GPU drivers were up to date, which they were. Still broken. Big bummer.
Edited for grammar
In my campaign, Strahd captured Ireena very early. Sheβs spent most of the campaign out of sight at Castle Ravenloft.
Iβve been curious where she would actually be in the vastness of Castle Ravenloft. Iβve considered repurposing the highest room of the tallest spire to be a clean room Strahd is keeping her in, a place close to Strahdβs own Heart (of Sorrow).
Is there a better place for her to be? The players know the lore of Tatanya and and understand her importance, but she has been a minor character so far.
I'd like to start my own faction. It looks like a serious uphill battle. I've managed to take a castle once but immediately was raided by ~600 troops from a weak faction. I have two other parties and if they would actually help, I could manage this.
But despite a ton of searching I can't seem to find any clues what I am doing wrong. I can't call people to an army because I do not belong in a faction. I can't start a faction because I do not own a settlement. I can take a castle if I'm lucky, but can't hold on to it for more than a few minutes at best.
What am I missing? And how do I actually start a faction? I've met the requirements for the quest except for getting a settlement, but when I took the castle I still did not have the option to create an army and so quickly was taken prisoner (and quickloaded because what else am I supposed to do?)
The party system seems pretty pointless if you can't utilize it unless you are already in a kingdom. It just costs money. Can you get it them to do anything useful?
I just did some conquest for Valandia and after grabbing 3 Sturgian castles and 2 cities I defeated a couple cities in the southern empire. For some reason, I wasnβt an option for the vote about who gets the city. Are you capped there? How does it work?
