A list of puns related to "Health action process approach"
I 27M am married to (28F) and we are having some marital difficulties. She is diagnosed as bipolar but didnβt mention it until year 1.5 of our marriage, it was a fairly well kept secret. I feel like I was lied to, but thatβs neither here nor there.
The real issue Iβm struggling to process and manage are the mood swings, before I found out that she was bipolar I suspected but never had clarification.now that I know, many things are making sense. The pieces of the puzzle are falling together.
We argue and fight (not physically), to the point where itβs messing with our sex life.
Do I want to sleep with someone that is always changing things up on me? No.... I need some sort of connection something to drive me to crave that person.
This small story is to lay some background information, how would you like to be reassured that you are loved? Even if the arguing is getting bad, how do I show her that I care and want to be by her side...
Also, what are some ways that you would like your partner to come on to you? Itβs hard to not change my mentality from caregiver back to husband but I want my marriage to work.
I tried the obvious, telling her that I love her and that she is the one for me and it backfired. She thought I was being facetious.
I need help
Thank you in advance
Title.
I am just kind of finding out about this. I'm already familiar with the paleo diet so I was hoping this would possibly kill two birds with one stone so to speak?
Edit: I would be doing the autoimmune protocol given I already have multiple food intolerances.
A few months ago (in October) we adopted a wonderful dog. She spent the first year and a half of her life on the street before she wound up with us.
Since she was rescued, she has acclimated super well to home life. We've worked with a certified trainer and made a ton of progress. She's a wonderful, silly, vibrant dog.
Except she hides little bits of food here and there, exclusively when no one is around. The behavior makes sense for a street dog, the same way she might bury a bone, or the rest of a kill she couldn't eat right away. She is not a heavy eater and tends to graze through the day. She is at an ideal weight so we aren't overfeeding, though she is great at self regulation.
So far hiding food here and there has been cute and something we see and just laugh about. Look in the right corner at the right time and you'll see like 3 random pieces of kibble hidden in plain sight. It makes no real mess, it reminds you of the dog, you smile. Then we hand her the food or put it in her dish, maybe with an extra treat to help incentivize letting food just stay in the dish.
Then yesterday we noticed her nose was rubbed raw and bleeding. We were trying to figure out what happened. At first we thought maybe her snout had been badly chapped or something. And then this morning my wife noticed bloody smears on the carpet near a small pile of kibble, and the dog's snout is rubbed raw again.
When she hides food, she uses her about to push it around or into the corner. Because we have carpets, she has been rubbing her nose raw on the carpets, and bleeding as she tries to hide food in the corners. So, we need to take it more seriously.
The problem is, since it's a hiding behavior, how the heck do I get her to stop when she will not do it when people are around? She has never been strongly food motivated, and usually grazes through the day.
I know she will continue to open up and adjust for the next few months still. So far we have been trying to make sure she has regular access to food. She gets treats from training. She shouldn't have a reason to worry about food scarcity or access.
Has anyone encountered this kind of behavior before? Any tips on how to overcome it? The behavior (hiding some snacks) itself doesn't really bother us, but her getting her nose rubbed open and bleeding is a much bigger issue.
hi all! iβm a 20 y/o college student who has been experiencing many unexplained symptoms (blood pooling, nausea, chest pain, hand+feet numbness, uncomfortable heart racing, many more) that drβs have blown off for years.
i heard about pots earlier this week and iβve done several poor manβs tilt table tests and found an increase in my heart rate of about 60bpm (~100 to ~160) every time i stand up.
i plan on seeing a dr this week, but i have finals approaching, and iβm struggling to manage the academic stress and medical fear all at once. iβm wondering if anyone has advice for how to get through something like finals week during this process.
i also take ritalin for my adhd and use marijuana to manage chronic pain and anxiety. does anyone here use either with pots? if so, have you found any benefits/had any issues?
What are some required docs? How many years of tax returns, employment history chrck, etc.
A lot of gurus speak beautiful words and share wonderful wisdom. However, I have noticed that there is a lack of specific, concrete recommendations to assist people in their enlightenment process in the community. No, I am not a fully awakened spiritual leader. However, I do my best to follow the path of the Dharma. The things listed below have helped me start my awakening process. It is very exciting, so I want to share it with you. Peace!
