I just received my Hat Films Suck hoodie after about 20 days of waiting and i am.. disappointed to say the least :( The embroidery is small - i noticed that in the picture but it’s like… REALLY small. It’s also already falling apart on the inside, threads are dangling loose. It’s also a very thin hoodie, and it’s Gildan, so not very soft either. I used my Jingle Jam discount merch code for it, and i like supporting the boiks so i won’t be returning it, but kind of wish i just bought a mug or something. No shade to the boys, but just wanting to put this into the universe! :) Will be wearing it just to make sure everyone knows they suck <3

this is Stefan and I'm just kinda hoping to maybe get through to Hat Films this way.
I've loved their music stream ever since they started doing it and I only just now figured: I'm a musician, maybe I could contribute to the album.
So I've recorded a drum track that I'd like to give to the boys to use as they see fit tomorrow. It's fairly simple drumming that doesn't get in the way of songwriting and there's basically already a simple song structure in place (2xA - 2xB - 1xA - 2xC - 2xA - 2xB - 4xC) and I reckon they'd have an easy time using this as kind of an inspiration kickstart.

TL;DR: Ross spent too much time dogging in Nutlins car park and now has space flu.

I see this film lambasted on Reddit over and over again and I'm going to stand up for it.
It has everything you'd like to see in a family movie... it has the silly antics, classic Dr. Seuss rhymes and themes that young children will love, the slightly hidden inappropriate humor that teens will get a laugh out of, and the pop culture references for the adults.
It takes the classic tale and expands it into a full length motion picture by adding context, a moral of the story, and antagonists in the boss & the neighbor/boyfriend....
The movie has a quality cast and my kids loved in when they were little and still get a laugh out of it as teenagers...
I was unlucky enough this year to not be available to watch the Hat films stream, so I have been patiently awaiting the VOD to come out on the live channel, but I have not noticed it, does anyone know when it will be coming out?
Mir ist gerade aufgefallen, dass ich noch bis vor ein, zwei Jahren gerne Serien geschaut habe die Spannungbögen über ganze Staffeln aufgebaut haben (zB sons of anarchy, breaking bad, etc). Durfte gerne ruppig sein und auch mal schlecht ausgehen.
Inzwischen sind mir solche Serien zuwider. Ich schaue eigentlich nur noch Serien bei denen jede Folge quasi in sich abgeschlossen ist und die im Schnitt auch gut Bzw. Ohne nennenswerte Charakter Ausfälle ausgehen. Beispiel wären hier eureka, doctor who oder Warehouse 13. selbst bei diesen Serien sind mir die ernsteren Folgen inzwischen oft zu düster.
Wie ist das bei euch? Änderungen in den Medien Vorlieben während dem ganzen Corona Irrsinn?
