What's the difference between Hammurabi and a baby eating hash browns?

Hammurabi was Mesopotamian, a baby eating hash browns is a mess o' potato eatin'.

The Code of Hammurabi, written on a stele, includes the concept of innocent before guilty

It is truly a momental piece in legal history.

Hamma-what?!

For some reason, Hammurabi's Code came up in discussion at work. We look it up and one of the rules I read out loud is:

"If any one is committing a robbery and is caught, then he shall be put to death."

From another cubicle comes "You mean a hammurobbery?"

Groans were had.
