A list of puns related to "Gorilla Glass"
If someone have gorilla glass 5 in his smartphone than is it important to put a protection for display? Doesn't it broke if it fell down from your hand? Is it durable or not?
I had mine in the passenger seat and was picking up a friend. He weighs 400lbs and I accidentally forgot to remove the Surface and he sat down on it. Surprisingly the Surface was not damaged! I didn't know this glass can handle 400lbs of weight for about 15mins. I got very fortunate.
Any way to double check if there is no internal damage?
It's supposed to be one of the strongest materials, preventing cracks and scuff markings. I've had it for a couple years now and today it tumbled out of my grasp when picking up my dog's shit, and upon being secured by the shit before it fell face first, cracked.
Haven't dropped my phone even once, yet it's having 8-9 scratches already. I kinda' banked on Victus' scratch resistance, turns out I was wrong.
Any way to remove these scratches? Shouldn't have rocked my phone without a screen protector. :/
After a colleague from work just broke the screen on his Note 20 Plus that he bought in the same week as myself, one month ago, from a fall of 1-1,5m I started to wonder if I should invest in another screen protector besides the one that came pre-installed. Also I wonder if other users had problems with the screen since S20 FE comes with GG3 and not GG5 or 6 like other high medium/premium phones.
Hi All, just got my Z5 this afternoon, does anybody know if a gorilla glass screen protector is available for the monitor? I'm a little concerned about scratches. Thanks
Does the Jelly 2 have the Gorilla Glass? The flimsy screen protector that came with my phone scratches very easy and I can't seem to find any heavy duty/ glass screen protectors anywhere.
Also, on the Unihertz official support page, they say the Jelly 2 doesn't support exFAT microSD cards and that they must be formatted in FAT32. Out of curiosity, I installed a 64GB exFAT formatted card from a different phone and the Jelly went into a boot loop. I put the card into my computer, moved all the files into a temporary folder, installed the card back into the Jelly, and it immediately recognized the card. I then put the card back into my computer, transferred the files back into the card (except the Android folder) and the Jelly 2 had no problems with it. So what's the deal with Unihertz saying the Jelly 2 doesn't support exFAT?
Just prepping for the big day, I got a spare phone fully charged with my apps downloaded just incase
