Ghetto house Puns

I’m looking to get started in real estate - and one thing I notice a lot in my city (large midwest city, lots of crime; think detroit chicago milwaukee) is there’s foreclosed houses by the dozens for like $2,000 that need between $30-$50,000 in work. They are all 3-4 bedrooms, so with a $50,000 mortgage I can rent them out for probably about $1200-$1600. is this a good idea? will i get no tenants because they are in a high crime area? would like to hear from people with experience, thank you 🙏

I was looking for a place to track down 90’s techno and ghetto tech/ ghetto house. Is there any good website to pull up an artist and basically can listen to their entire old discography.

Is the only way to listen to songs fully is just tracking them down on YouTube? Then go track down ones you like on junodownload/ beatport for download?

And anyone know place/ website that just has great lists of tracks from the 90’s that I can then listen to elsewhere?

Also, are there any alternatives to mixcloud or SoundCloud for dj mixes? Preferably they would allow offline listening and show playlists. But looking for any alternative places for old school mixes.
