As the title says. Is there a not too complex way to play this, ideally an app?
Not sure if this is the right reddit to ask this, but I figured I might as well try. Does anyone know a way to play that old Space Cadet Pinball game from what I think was Windows 95 on a Windows 10 machine? I see a bunch of "Play Online" and "Download" things when I google it but nothing from a site I recognize and I'm very paranoid about what I download online.
I was thinking about getting the Full Tilt bundle for Zen Pinball 2 because it seems the best bang for the buck. Right now, I only see it as a PS4 bundle to purchase on the store, which says it entitles me to PS3 and Vita versions as well. But it's my understanding that if you purchase Zen tables/bundles as PS4 purchases first, they don't import into the other consoles. So is the bottom line, Full Tilt bundle isn't really available for Vita and PS3?
My hope is that if I buy it, but don't immediately download it to the PS4, I could download via my Vita or PS3 first and then import accordingly to the other consoles. Can anyone positively confirm that?
Noticed a number of players enjoy the pinball aspects of the game and wish there could be more pinball-like features (like extra flippers, or controlling the left and right flippers separately). One trick I like to use is when Orochi's Hellfire Head manages to get off its big attack, I press and hold on the screen so the flippers go up, and I let the party just sit on the inside corner of the flipper without moving to avoid most of the damage.
On that note, I wonder if the dash feature in the game was intended to be similar to shaking or 'tilting' the pinball machine - it allows you to change the direction of the ball without using the flippers, but you are prevented from doing it too often (in physical pinball machines the controls will be disabled if you tilt too many times). If this was intentional that would be pretty cool.
