A list of puns related to "Flex (company)"
I got a flex box in September. My last bill (this week) was $11 over my regular bill. Apparently $7.50 a month plus tax plus $3 for partial last month is the cost of the βfreeβ flex box. What a rip off.
When I called, I said Iβm calling because of βbilling practicesβ to their robot and the phone was disconnected. Yeah, not shady at all.
Im going to physically go to the corporate owned store and not leave until they fix this. Im so sick and tired of this treatment! Last time I paid extra for 2 months before realizing they jacked up the internet price. Now itβs their βfreeβ thing costing me money.
Im seriously debating just using my phone hotspot for the rare computer internet usage I do need. Save myself some money. I do most things on my phone anyways. The iPad can deal with a slow hotspot.
Anyone else cut the Comcast completely? I already cut the cable. But clearly they didnβt get the message.
UPDATE:
Went to corporate store. They were very helpful. 18 minutes and Iβm getting it solved, future charges wonβt happen, what extra I paid credited to my account within 24 hours. Iβm seriously considering canceling my service, apparently new customers donβt have to sign a contract for the $40 rate but old customers do. $230 early termination penalty and all.
DoorDash, UberEats, PostMates, (more??)
What insurance company would you suggest if I wanna get started with Amazon flex? While getting a quote, I'm supposed to inform the company about me intention to do Flex (as per instructions on flex). But they would always deny me coverage.....
I have a paper G2 licence which Amazon Flex app isn't accepting. I'm unable to register for flex.... My card licence would take about 4 weeks to arrive. Can some one please gide me on that?
Thanks in advance Cheers
I recently scored a new job and handed in my 2 weeks notice arranging to start the following week with my new employer. I met with HR and my supervisor in person to discuss my new job offer and hand in notice, trying to do the right thing and not burn bridges (it's a tight industry and very likely I'll have interactions with my old company in my new role). 2 weeks notice all sounds good and agreed in person, but asked to write a formal resignation letter for my records with finish date, etc.
OK, sounds fair, and I'm happy to do all that. Two weeks come and go, have a nice farewell lunch with my team and happily leave my job of the last 8 years.
I had sone leave saved up, so was expecting a sizeable pay out (last 2 weeks working plus 2 weeks leave) but my pay comes and seems pretty low. I email an individual in the finance area to send me my payslip and it's been docked two weeks pay. At this time I'm confused and furious and email HR and CFO for an explanations
HR: Because you have been here 8 years you're required to provide 4 weeks notice, but only provided 2, so we are required to deduct the remaining from your final pay.
Me: Can you provide evidence of where this is stated in my signed contract
HR: it's part of the Fair Work Act (legislation)
Me: *sends screen shots of Fair Work Act showing something along the lines of - if not stated in your contract there is no minimum notice period required, however your employer may request "reasonable notice". Can you please pay out my balance owed within the next 3 days.
HR: I just spoke to our Lawyers and they have confirmed you are required to provide 4 weeks notice
And I shit you not, added a screenshot of a untitled word doc with a table that had a column for years of service and one for notice required.
Me: I just spoke with the Fair Work Ombudsman who provided this (attached screenshot of the same table with notice required changed to "0 days" for each year of service). They will be in touch if I don't receive my full final pay in the next 3 days.
I was paid the next day and still have had no reply from HR.
Does anyone else do this? I work part time for a delivery company for Amazon flex can you drive your car in your days off as independent?
Okay so first of all: There was already one Kpop event in germany which turned out to be fake and they ran away with the money
My sister wanted to go to KPOP FLEX and asked me if I could buy her tickets so I did some research
The 3 organisers are:
SBS Television Network: This is a australian television channel, they probably meant Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), but even they didn't publish anything about KPOP FLEX
PK Events: Was only copyrighted 2021, had 1 event which was called off and the ticket buyers didn't recieve their money back
KPOP Europa - I couldn't find anything about them.
This alone is already sus- but there's more
Not a single one of the Kpop bands announced for KPOP FLEX posted anything about KPOP FLEX.
But I found this Video, I don't know Korean so it could be completely fake/wrongly translated, or deepfaked or something I dont know, this Video wasn't posted on any official account.
Thoughts?
This looks like a great product and goes more less directly against the FC-E6500 and others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmPxHpH2WxI
