A list of puns related to "FedEx Express"
I wanted to inform others of the situation in order to better protect themselves.
Keep track of your express replacement returns, if they do not show delivered do not assume Apple is going to take responsibility, contact them within 30 days from opening the case.
On October 6th I opened an express replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro. On October 11th I shipped the item back and it shows tracking from Fedex.
The package does not update tracking after the 12th. https://i.imgur.com/OiYPhbD.png
On October 16th I get an email reminding me to ship back the item but if I already shipped it back not to worry about that email.
No other correspondence regarding the repair has been received from Apple.
Nov 7th I receive a charge on my credit card for $966.43. Note this is past the 30 day mark
I contacted Apple today (Nov 8th) once I realize the charge.
I spoke with a senior advisor on the phone that told me "We can not investigate the case since it's outside of 30 days." and to "contact fedex to either get the package shipped back to me or have it delivered". They were repeating what someone else was telling them so I didn't get to angry figured I would just try another route.
Time and time again I'm being told that the window is 30 days, I have to contact Fedex. Fedex is telling me that Apple has to make any claim on the package. In fact when I enter the tracking number for a trace on Fedex it tells me to contact Apple. That they have a special contract.
They charge you on the 31st day and then wont investigate any case that's older than 30 days. This is a complete scam and I'm afraid of doing a chargeback since I have a ton of apple devices. I'm beyond disappointed and angry.

update: I wanted to thank everyone for their comments here, I was able to get in contact with someone on the customer relations team after using advice from u/doinkerton. Customer Relations is who you need to talk to get things done.
So what's happening now is the customer relations is filing a case with Fedex and after that case is complete (7-10 business days) I will be receiving a refund. (That is what was promised at least)
It's not ideal, I would prefer to be refunded now as I should never have been charged for a shipment in transit on a label that came from them but that's neither here nor there.
But it's been a headache to say the least, I would estimate I spent about 3 1/2 hours on this talking to
... keep reading on reddit β‘Looking to drop off my Pixel Lab covid test today, preferably in downtown Salem. Getting conflicting info from Fedex themselves (one search says to go to Peabody, another says Walgreenβs is fine.) Ideally, I would be dropping it off at the Walgreenβs on New Derby as our car isnβt working properly and at least I could walk there.
how long should i wait for FedEx to transfer my package to USPS ? i used express z shipping and my package left the California FedEx center on 1/4/22 at 9am and i haven't gotten an update since, my FedEx said the expected delivery date was 1/5/22 but it now says pending and has been 3 working days since then. who should i contact about my package and what is the maximum amount of time i should wait ?
I live in Houston Texas they are paying me $18.91/hr. Iβm on my 2nd day of orientation currently on the computer. What can expect in the coming days? Is this a good job?
I tested positive for COVID Christmas Day. My manager has been vague when it comes to FedEx's COVID policy and I don't have access to my employee handbook.
Do you guys know if we get paid anything for our quarantine time? Should I stay home for a certain amount of time? I know the CDC just moved their recommendation down to 5 days if asymptomatic but if FedEx has an official policy I'd like to defer to that.
Hello all,
I have decided to change my career and was offered a full-time swing driver job at FedEx in Southern New Hampshire. $19.91 per hour. Iβve known the manager of my Ship Center for a handful of years and he was able to nicely offer me a job. Am super excited to start, just need to wait for the background check to come back (itβs been taking forever). I have also applied to a UPS driver job and have a phone interview tomorrow, just to see what they say as well. Looking to hear what you all think about driving for FedEx Express vs. UPS. I also have a bachelors degree.
My question is: what company is better for long term? I know UPS has the pension plan and pays a little more at the onset, but there is so much conflicting information online, and a lot of folks say FedEx sucks but I donβt really want to believe that.
Im mid shift which starts at 12:50PM will I be doing deliveries or pick ups? Also which is better pick ups or deliveries?
FedEx is double the price of the others (1400 Β₯ for 4.3 KG) but Iβm willing to pay it if it avoids the BS lol any thoughts?
If any of y'all trying to apply to FedEx Express let me give you my perspective two weeks in. A little background info: I drove for Amazon for a year and a half. Averaged 180+ stops/300+ packages daily and usually finished 1-2 hours early.
First couple days at FedEx you'll be doing "training" which is basically watching boring old 1990s videos (occasionally some updated ones) and then you'll be tested on driving a step van. You're suppose to go through a 2 day courier training as well where you learn about how to use the device and whatever paperwork but for some unknown reason my manager decided not to put me in the class.
Anyways, my first official day of delivering was spent riding along with the guy I was going to be replacing. The following days I was literally expected to deliver by myself WITHOUT proper training and I only was able to be half decent was because I spent the whole day asking my ride along questions. I started out with 20 stops and by Friday I was looking at 80 stops. Second week and I've been doing an average 60 stops a day. Doesn't seem like much but the stops are ALL over the place, I'm spending 5-10 minutes driving to each stop and let's not talk about businesses and apartments...
This is what is different at FedEx Express:
At FedEx Express, you'll be responsible for either unloading the freight onto the belt or sorting packages onto the trucks (you'd be sorting for your truck and your "neighbors" truck.
Sometimes (more like everyday) the freight arrives late which means you'll be doing your deliveries late. I work the midshift which is 11:50am to 8pm. Lately, we've been sorting and loading the vans until 2pm due to late freight. The problem with starting your deliveries at 2pm is that if you have businesses, you MUST get to them before they close which is about a 2-3 hr time frame. Try doing 20 business stops in a 10-mile strip and you'll know how difficult it is. I went from finishing 1-2 hrs early at Amazon with no returns to finishing 1 hr late and even sometimes bringing back 20 packages.
FedEx's logistics is absolute garbage and everyone who I've talked to says how shit it is and that you just have to deal with it. I've delivered to places where I SEE OTHER FEDEX DRIVERS THERE TOO. Like why the fuck am delivering at the same place? I've been told by a receiving/shipping guy that he's seen SIX of us in one day!
Addresses can be entered incorrectly and it'll fuck up the pin location on the GPS. You won't eve
I have $1k purchase that was shipped to me on the 28th of December with overnight priority. FedEx ignored a vacation hold and tried to deliver the package on December 30th. I've called FedEx several times this week requesting they deliver the package. Each time I get the same response that they have contacted the local facility manager and that it will be delivered by end of day.
What is going on? They can't load the package on a van and deliver it?
I already have a case opened with them and the case specialist's just outright lie to me each time that the package will be delivered at the end of the day.
What should I do?
Been sick for the past couple of days and just went in for a COVID test and waiting for results. Does anyone know if express has paid leave for COVID? If so, for how long? Also, what documentation do I need to provide if I test positive, and what documentation do I need to return to work if I test positive. Thanks for all the feedback. Stay safe out there everyone!
I've been calling and emailing people at Fedex for over a month, for the exact same issue, and it seems like such a mess, everyone passing me back and forth and giving me different and conflicting information. No one seems to know what they're doing or be able to give a straight answer/solution. Very often I get transferred to another department and the line goes dead. It takes 5-10 minutes to get back through the automated system, and tediously repeat the exact same information, then they transfer me promising I won't get disconnected, and it happens again... literally 4-5 times in a row. Now they're supposed to be open 8-5 EST and I call at 8:11 and 8:53 and it says "no voicemail is setup" and hangs up on me.
All of our packages to Canada have been getting delayed at customs for days with the error "detailed broker information is required". First we were told that making an account with Fedex would solve it. It didn't solve it. We were told that when purchasing the label to leave the "broker" option alone/blank and it would default to Fedex and that would solve it. It didn't solve it.
Someone from Fedex's broker department emailed me and not even they could give me straight answers.
There's a bunch more back-and-forth hassle, and conflicting/wrong information I won't get into.
It seems the issue is they are requiring all of our recipients to sign a power of attorney to get the package released from customs.
It seems absurd to me that this is a requirement for every package from the US to Canada? I'm trying to find out if there's a way we can solve the power of attorney thing so that our packages don't get held up. Such as doing the paperwork beforehand. But I've been given conflicting information on that too.
I called the Canadian FedEx Trade Network, they said they'd email me the information on what to do, I never got an email. I tried emailing ftn_us@fedex.com and they said they only deal with US imports, and they didn't forward me to, or mention, any Canadian department.
One of the things I was told is that we have to register as a business in Canada. I asked "so we have to register as a business in every country we ship to?" and the person said they don't know, and we'd have to just ship to whatever country and see if a problem arises.
Obviously that is far from ideal since our packages are on dry ice and would be ruined if delayed.
_a Ground PH.
Hey everyone!
I'm a little stressed. I'll call Fedex in a few hours for sure, but if someone knows how probable the mistake will be fixed...
Here's the thing. I ship a lot of packages with Fedex Express. Maybe 70 a day out of my residential house. What happened yesterday:
- I put the 70 packages on my front porch as I usually do. (Less hassle for the pick up guys, they don't have to ring and wait for me to open the door and get the package inside...)
- Fedex Ground delivered a LEGO box worth 899 $ (Ultimate Millenium Falcon) at 3:25
- Fedex Express guy arrived 10 minutes later and put all my Fedex Express packages to ship out AND the LEGO box...! I have this on Camera.
I wonder how he could have made this mistake. I mean, he probably shouldn't be able to scan with his scanner because it's a Fedex Ground label and not a Fedex Express? Maybe he was tired and the package didn't scan and thought he would fix the issue later?
I'm afraid the package will be lost due to this mistake... (Or stolen?)
Any ideas? This was the "big" Christmas gift for the family :(..
I need help so bad, Iβm probably gonna lose my parcel since sugargoo shipped it to the wrong address and couldnβt change it in transit when I changed the preferred shipping address, and my PayPal address before paying being clear I wanted my address changed for the specific parcel before it shipped.
Iβve worked for Amazon for about a year and just got a job at Fedex Express as a courier. Iβm taking the job because the commute is much better for me but overall is the job better than Amazon? Iβm only working PT for now (school). Can anyone tell me what the job is like in general? Thanks!
We dont even have enough LEOs for every driver sometimes. Used the powerpad a few times and I might as well have brought a fax machine instead. No GPS either? No filter on the maps for specific service times? Route yellow label scanners that dont work most of the time? Physically having to clock in/out at a specific place. Printed time cards and reports that have to be signed? Fedex Express seems the exact same as those companies in late 90s and early 00βs sitcoms like King of Queens where everything was old fashioned. Not bothered just genuinely curious. Is the company THAT cheap or what?
Dear SUGARGOO users,

Currently working for USPS as a "mailman" at 17.51/hour. Average 50-55 hours a week and walk 36+ miles/week.
thinking of resigning to accept the part time courier position at $19.81 with Fedex. Not too concerned about the pay cut. I just want to walk less and have time to do other things. Any warnings? Is this a good idea? Will i like FedEx more? Whats a typical day like on the noon to 6pm shift??
I currently work at fedex express we get a 75% discount on shipping. I wanted to know how would I go about getting my haul shipped by my company so I can apply my discount from China I asked a few sugar goo agents and they told me it was not possible from their end. Do I need to ship my haul to a place where I would set up a pick up from fed ex express? Please lmk
I am trying to figure out what truck to be looking out for.
How has the package count been for Fedex express people?
