A list of puns related to "Fecal vomiting"
I've heard of this before, but the reality is pretty awful. I'm 64F, 5'4", 265 lbs. I've had CoVid 2x, last one 2/2020, put on about 70 lbs due to long haul recovery. Still have exhaustion, extreme sensitivity to heat, louder lung crackles and abdominal pain and discomfort. Had endoscopy and colonoscopy, had 3 polyps removed, found hemerroids, but they've never really bothered me (I had 3 big babies) Also have periodic eye inflammation since CoVid. I've had COPD for about 7 years, take Breo Ellipta 1x/day. Low thyroid diagnosed last year, take 50mcg Thyroxine /day. Knees have become painful and inflamed very suddenly about 5 months ago, take Meloxicam 7.5 mg. Omeprazole 40mg for acid reflux, and use a CPAP for sleep apnea. Was left with peripheral nerve damage after Dengue fever, controlled pretty well with Sertraline 200mg. Have myoclonic dystonia, onset after car accident 15 years ago. Take Methocarbamol 500mg as needed, down to 1 or 2 a month. I've had 3 or 4 episodes over the last year of intense burping, several times a minute for an hour or two and get acid reflux. Saturday afternoon I started feeling slightly nauseated, lay down, woke up 3 hours later feeling more nauseous and burping several times a minute. As the evening went on the burping became almost nonstop, regurgitating small amounts fairly often. I took 3 antacids, no help. Started having a lot of flatulence also. Adominal discomfort started around 10 pm. Around 11 pm the burps started smelling really foul. Had 3 more antacids. Around 3 am I threw up A LOT, and it smelled and looked just like the diarrhea that started about 30 minutes later, yellowish and opaque. I felt extremely weak, and was had more Diarrhea 3 or 4 times Sunday getting more liquid and clear each time. By 4:30 am Monday was about a teaspoon of mucous and a little yellow. The burping is just occasional and no longer smells, lower abdomen hurts about 4.5. By Monday afternoon had evacuated 4 or 5 times, small amounts each getting a bit firmer. Started having a productive cough (white). It's now 11pm Monday night, just had avocado green pure liquid Diarrhea, feel weak. I called for an appointment this morning, didn't hear back. Called again around 3, told a nurse what was going on, she transferred me to an on call doctor who said he'd call me back. Still haven't heard anything. Does this mean I shouldn't worry? I thought I was improving until the last bout. Should I try to reach the gastroenterologist, my pcp, or just to

For the past few days one of my residents (male, 66) has been very upset, hitting everyone who comes close to him (he only ever does this when he is very uncomfortable but it has been exteme and all our interventions do nothing, ie; painkillers, change of position, less stimuli or more). He has bloating in his stomach, it sounds hollow when you knock on his upper right part of his abdomen. Now keep in mind, this man's body is pretty malformed, we have no idea what his skeleton looks like or how his organs are situated. He has had sennosides, a lot of macrogol and received enemas every other day, his defecation pattern was normal (his defecation is always water thin because of laxatives and tube feedings). His temperature wasn't high (37,1 C/98,78 F).
Tonight he was extremely upset, feces came out of his J-tube (he's had a J-tube for years and his intestine barely do anything anymore) and out of his mouth. We were sure he had an ileus. He was sent to the ER and was sent right back; CTscan didn't show any obstipation, his urine levels were normal and his lungs looked normal as well. They just sent him home... The doctor says he thinks it's a stomach virus.
Now I'm pretty young, not very experienced, but what kind of stomach virus could ever have anyone fecal vomit? I absolutely do not believe this.
Any help? Has anyone seen something as strange as this before?

Edit 31/12/2020: This morning my colleagues called our doctor again for any help, since the hospital didn't provide us with anything else. The man had the audacity to prescribe 2x 500mg paractamol and told us to stop giving the resident Diclofenac because it would hurt his stomach more... I cannot explain how angry I was. On top of that, he told us to only call him if the resident got a fever.
So my shift started, I discussed the situation with a fellow colleague who was equally as angry as I was (the resident was still extremely upset, hitting everything around him, quick surface breathing, we could easily see he was in pain. Family had arrived at that point and said the same. Once family says there;s something bad going on, it's in our best interest to absolutely believe them). We called the doctor again, after a few hours an assistant called back telling us the doctor

Yesterday I woke up with uncontrollable diarrhea and stomach cramps, but it faded after about an hour.
Early this morning I kept waking up with terrible gas that wasnβt going anywhere. I was also experiencing occasional nausea and cramping. I got up at about 3:30 am to try and relieve some of the gas with movement, and ended up vomiting stool into the toilet. Then I had more uncontrollable diarrhea, which has only let up in the past 2 hours. I took a GasX, which has helped some, but I can still feel gas bubbling in my stomach constantly.
Yesterday I had two pieces of toast and applesauce for breakfast and a late lunch of fried chicken and french fries, which I didnβt eat a whole lot of. I had a few Oreos as a late night snack, and that was it. Iβm wondering if somehow the chicken and fries did something, because I was out at a park and so the food wasnβt prepared by myself.
I heard that feces can even come out of the tear ducts.
or is there something in the digestive system stopping it from happening, genuinely curous π€
Alright so this is going to sound very odd.
I have a spayed 6 year old Maine Coon/Domestic Long Hair mix. She doesnβt puke very often, and I brush her once a week to help keep hairball vomiting down. I took her to the vet a few days ago to get an update on her rabies vaccine, and while there, they said that her temperature was a tad high (104*F) but they dismissed it as her being nervous (she gets EXTREMELY anxious around anyone thatβs not me, and in any place thatβs not my house).
Today, she vomited on the stairs. When I inspected the vomit (I know itβs gross, but please always inspect your catβs vomit to be sure that thereβs nothing seriously wrong), it was poop.
Like, it didnβt just look like poop, it smelled like it, and was the right color and consistency. There was no litter on it, making me think that she didnβt go pick it out from one of our litter boxes (we have two cats).
Iβve seen her hairballs before, and this was most definitely not a hairball. I swear that it was poop. It was also covered in what looked to be partially digested dry food, meaning that she definitely puked it up.
Sheβs been having normal bowel movements. She is an indoor-only cat. She eats Blue Wilderness salmon dry food, and has never had an issue with it before.
I have no idea what this could mean. If anyone knows or has an idea, please let me know! Iβm very confused and concerned!

For context:
β’I'm a straight man (for anima/animus interpretations)
β’I just quit Kratom(a plant with opiatelike properties) 4 days ago and am still experiencing some withdrawal. I've battled off and on with addiction for a few years now and I think this may have something to do with the theme of the dream.
The Dream:
It starts out with me at my house, only it's not exactly like my real house, but more like a cross between my house and a temple. I'm watching some workers try to erect a statue on top of my building, but one of the workers seems to mess up and the statue falls over. It almost seemed like he did it on purpose. The head is severed from the body and the pieces of the body come crashing down on my house and absolutely wrecks it. I'm infuriated and go outside to cool down. I notice two women in my driveway that seem to have just chalked up some weird symbol on the ground. It looked kind of like some sort of sigil. Their backs are turned to me, so I just ignore them for the time being and keep walking around to the other side of my house. That's when I notice there's all these weird emerald serpentine carved idols all over the outside walls of my house. A worker comes outside to tell me it will be some time before they can repair my home, so he recommends that I find a hotel to stay at.
I call my father and ask him to come help me move, but when he gets there, he ends up looking more like me than my real father. We pack up all my stuff but as I get in the car, I notice those women have just snuck into my house. I follow after them, along with my father, but we find the house empty. Then out of nowhere, one of the women manifests out of thin air and rubs her arm across my chest and whispers "Pharaoh..." in my ear while he's searching another room. I'm really freaked out and call my father into the room but when he gets there, the woman is gone.
We go back to the car, he drives and for some reason I sit in the back seat, even though the passenger seat is open. I try to explain what happened, and every time I say "Pharaoh" the girl manifests in the front seat. It only happens for a quick second the first few times, before she disappears again. When she appears she reaches towards me, belching and spitting up fecal matter, in between repeatedly whispering to me, "Pharaoh...". After several times, she manifests so vividly my father sees her too, but he doesn't seem surprised. She crawls into the back seat and digs her nails into my side as she vo

TMI warning. I woke up at 3am on Tuesday morning, vomiting and shitting all over myself. No trigger for it, seemingly no reason, absolutely zero control over the situation. I stayed home that day and the vomiting and shitting continued throughout the day. I took meds to attempt to control it but by evening I was running a 102 degree fever and both initial symptoms were still going. By bedtime that night the vomiting had stopped so I took some Imodium and slept on the bathroom floor just in case. Wednesday I felt very nauseous and had to force myself to eat but thankfully the Imodium had worked. Thursday I noticed my stool was black. When I got home I used the toilet and the toilet was full of bright red blood and when I wiped, literal blood clots were on the toilet paper along with a lot of bright red blood. I wiped at my front a few times to make sure the blood wasnβt coming from there. I explained the situation to my husband, and as the son of a RN, he told me to get in the car and we went to the ER. I looked online to see when rectal bleeding is something to worry about and it said if itβs heavy, continuous, or accompanied by pain or fever or vomiting.
So we get to the ER and I showed the doctor a picture of the blood and the clots, and he immediately says, βthatβs completely normal for women with pcos, this is not an emergency issue.β I explained it did not come from my vagina, it came out of my anus. He asked if I was sure. ππ€¦ββοΈ
I insisted he do some testing, I said he can do a pelvic exam if he wants confirmation that Iβm not on my period. He finally agreed to do a fecal smear test and some blood work, and I gave a urine sample. He told me to get dressed because βonce the tests come back normal, Iβm dismissing you.β
Guess what. He came back a while later and said they were going to put in an iv and do a ct scan, because the tests showed blood in the fecal smear. No shit Sherlock. Long story short I now have to go to a gastroenterologist and get further testing done. But it just pissed me off so bad that this doctor completely dismissed my concerns and if I hadnβt pushed, I would never have gotten the referral I needed to get my body checked out.
Just because itβs blood coming from the pelvic area of a woman does not automatically mean itβs menstrual blood! WTF.
I am so sorry for the details but I donβt have anyone else to talk to that would understand.
Edit: my test results were uploaded to the online chart thing today. I didnβt understan
