A list of puns related to "Exceed And Excel"

Hey UA. This is a reworking of the Striker subclass I had originally posted. The flavor and dynamic has been changed from all the feedback I've gotten on the prior iterations.
I feel a lot more confident about it's core identity, immediate fantasy draw, mechanical synergy and unique niche.
Once again, the core concept revolves around Reactions and Opportunity Attacks. The primary feedback I was given was not to band-aid subclass mechanics that do not function with core class features (Uncanny Dodge)
So I implemented a different approach, and am eager to here any further feedback, observations or suggestions from you guys.
Changelog 2.0
Changed subclass from Striker to Elite
--
- 3rd level: Opportunist: Added an on hit clause on, that refunds their reaction (I feel balanced by the fact by RAW, reactions can be done only once per turn)
-3rd level: Honed-Reflexes: Removed the Bonus AC equal to Int mod until your next turn if you ready an action.
--
-9th level: Survival-Instincts: Removed never being able to be surprised, nor have advantage against you from unseen enemies
- Changed adding Int mod to perception and insight, to making those checks with your Int mod instead.
--
13th Level: Scrapped False Openings and replaced it with No Mercy No hesitation (Originally granting you your reaction here, moved that detail to 3rd )
--
17th Level: Scrapped Perfection from Practice and replaced it with You are already Dead (Originally a flat chance increase to readied and opportunity attack critical hits by 17-20)
One day, I'll get how to implement art pieces in better. One day!
Between Feb 1st and Feb 23rd, it had taken at least 1 hour between blocks 59 different times. Of the 59 blocks that broke these dry spells, 37 were mined by BTC.top, or 62.7%. The hashrate during these dry spells is otherwise about 2.0-2.5 EH/s, which indicates that BTC.top is moving about 4 EH/s over to BCH during long dry spells -- that's about 100% of their SHA256 hashrate.
This behavior started on Feb 1st. There were 175 blocks that took at least 1 hour to mine between Dec 15 and Jan 31st, and of those, only 6 (3.4%) were mined by BTC.top. Before Feb 1st, BTC.top was actively avoiding unprofitable mining. Now, they're actively seeking it out during the worst dry spells with the intent to prevent confirmation times from getting too long.
During dry spells, it's usually around 10% more profitable to mine BTC than to mine BCH, so each time BTC.top does this, they're losing around $440 in revenue. That's about $16,400 so far, or around $20,000 per month.
I think BTC.top deserves a big thank you for doing this.
I also think the BCH community needs to fix the difficulty adjustment algorithm, since that's the reason why we're getting these dry spells in the first place. Teaser: i'm working on a video and/or article explaining the problem and how we can fix it. This discovery came while doing research for that. Expect it to be published within the next few days.
In a comment below is a list of all blocks since 613500 that took more than 1 hour to mine (according to their timestamps), what the exact delay was (in seconds), and whether they were mined by BTC.top, if anyone is curious. I also have data on who mined the rest, but I omitted it from this list to make it easier to read. (BTC.com and BTC.top were too hard to visually distinguish from each other.) If anyone wants the full list, let me know and I'll reformat it and post it in a comment.

At a unit meeting the other day, my boss introduced two new hires, recent graduates who are training to become account managers. My boss told them that I am one of the top account managers in our unit and asked me what advice I can give the new hires on how to succeed at this job.
I said that our job is 30% work and 70% luck, sometimes you get big deals with minimal effort and sometimes you give it everything you have but the deal still doesnβt push through. But whatβs important is to have good relationships with your co-workers because work is much easier when you have a positive work environment.
After the meeting my boss talked to me and he was not happy about the advice I gave. He said that he wanted the new hires to see me as a role model but instead I embarrassed him by encouraging them to be complacent since I said that 70% of the job is luck. He said that I know the advice I should give them is to set goals and work hard to achieve them as their careers are just beginning but I went with trying to sound cool instead of giving them the best advice.
I specifically avoided telling the new hires that they should work hard because I donβt work hard myself and everyone else in the room knows that. Iβm not humble bragging. I was always an average employee, I just got lucky these past three years because even without asking my clients brought me their friends who also ended up doing business with me so the deals basically just fell into my lap. But even now I have a lot of lazy days where I procrastinate or I go on sudden leaves just because I donβt feel like working.
I didnβt want to be that person who doesnβt practice what she preaches, but should I have told them what they needed to hear instead of what I really wanted to say?
Edit: Wow this blew up.
Thank you to everyone who is worried that I might get fired or I won't be promoted because of what I said, thankfully promotions in our company depend on your performance. We have guaranteed merit increases as long as we meet their our budgets, and if you go over your budget you get a bigger increase. Unless I do something against company policies or I don't meet my budget for three straight years my boss also can't recommend my termination. Even then it's not my immediate boss who decides if I get fired, so I think I'm pretty safe.
I still believe that a big part of my achievements in the past three years is down to luck. I didn't do anything different than what I did the past five years. I was nice
... keep reading on reddit β‘If your coworkers constantly make mistakes that you fix, suffer during your absence, or just generally rely on you to do more than you're paid to do, get out as quickly as you can.
If your workplace relies on you that much, they'll give you the raise. Your resignation is also an incentive for them to pay you more. It shows you're not joking around and know your worth. If they still refuse, you'll have a better job with more respect.
Edit: Shouldn't have said "resignation", I should've said "two weeks". I did not just mean quit right there.
Edit 2: I thought it was common sense not to disclose that you are job hunting, but apparently I am wrong.
In 1980 one could buy a new Rolex Sub for around $900. That would be about $2,900 in today's money. Today the cheapest new sub is $7,500 without a date. The price has jumped about $5,000 for no apparent reason.
Pricing everything using "back of the envelope" math, a new sub costs about $900 to produce.
We all know at some point, your money stops going to R&D, production, etc and it's just "buying the name". In the same way some celebrities have shirts that cost $200 and are produced alongside a $10 Walmart shirt in Bangladesh for a couple bucks.
So I am curious..of all the watches out there, from the $5 Biglots special to the $30 Timex to the $100 Citizen to the $7,500 Rolex...which brand of watch actually gets you the most bang for your buck?
Edit : Just found https://gobitcoin.io/tools/cost-51-attack/ estimating $8b. That's just over 1% of the US Defense Budget?
