Ok. So in this post I am going to put my own spin on it. I think Pariah is supposed to be the next/last? step of humanity on the ladder of evolution. The reason why he is tested negative in the lore is due to the fact that the virus(es/) he carries in his genes are not rendered as viruses anymore. That means the virus no longer passes as a foreign strain. It's part of who Pariah is. And that means there is no way to remove his powers with a serum.
He may not even have Evolved-like abilities(blade, hammerfist etc) Maybe those are considered as imperfect mutations of the viruses. I mean the Pariah "virus" is supposed to be evolution of life and not something that brings carnage to the environment.
I do think Pariah does have his super powers though.
I think he has the following: -mass consumption -super speed -super strength -hive mind bond -immunity to all diseases -ability to pass on his genes naturally via reproduction -immunity to supervirus consumption(against viruses like Blacklight or Redlight) -quick health regenerative factor -resilient or immune against water(for some reason Redlight and Blacklight hate water) -Bloodtox Immunity
I guess what I am trying to say is that Pariah is for better words the perfect embodiment of the Γbermenschen(The Superior Man)
In a way Pariah has all the qualities of Black/Redlight and Humans yet possesses none of their weaknesses.
I couldnβt get into it.
I started reading Selfish Gene by Ruchard Dawkins and from what I understood, evolution is basically when random changes end up in stable state. Is this interpretation correct? If it is, is it possible that the current living species are just one out of almost infinite number of possibilities? Thanks.
P.S:- I am from a computer science background and am just a beginner in evolutionary biology.
