The latest piece of equipment to enter service on the Thatcher Brook Railroad is this former Rutland van. This was an eBay rescue; a Railworks Brass caboose that had no box and trashed paint, but the brass was in excellent condition. For now I'd like to enjoy it in it's current semi-glossed stage.

Rutland PD - Intersection of Baxter and Cresent
Hi All,
Has anyone else been pulled over for allegedly rolling/drive through a stop sign headed west a the intersection of Baxter and Cresent? I would like to hear about it. I am researching what legal recourse we have against the Rutland PD, they do not have proper visibility of this stop sign, especially for cars (literal ride height meaning) that stop a few feet at the line in front of it.
