Zemo seems to stick out. At the end of Civil War Zemo was in U.S. custody, but he also possessed a lot of Hydra knowledge that he could have used to bargain his way out of prison and find himself in the witness protection program under heavy surveillance. He is also Sokovian like Wanda and with his hydra knowledge may have been aware of the mind stone experiments that gave her her powers, causing Wanda to seek him out for help using her powers to bring Vision back to life. Although I don’t think we’ll be seeing Wonder Man in the show, I think Marvel may use Wonder Man’s origin with Zemo as inspiration to apply toward Vision.
