Started a lucky game as Athens. Diadochi wars ended with Antigonids splitted by Thrace and Macedon in the west and they all became about same powerful as each other. Which prevented one of them growing into a big power and gave me the chance of invading them one by one.
Captured most of Southern Greece about 30 years. Then rest of the important cities from Macedon ( like Megara, Korinthos, Chalkis, etc.) and some of their provinces in Thessaly and Macedonia about 70 years of gameplay. Before forming the Hellenic League, I captured island of Andros from Egypt as well as their possesions in the Anatolian coast and Cyprus, with almost destroying all of their navy.
After that, I captured region of Epirus from Rome in order to get "Pan Hellenic League" achievement and throw Egypt completely out of the Aegean Sea. Lastly, I won against my last war against Rome, but very surprisingly. While my only goal was to capture Sestos and Amphipolis from them, I was sent an unbelieveable peace offer my them which gave me more land I could've ever hoped (look at the second pic to see the peace offer), as well as with the land I want too.
Surely this was my most fun campaign ever in this game. It's probably not that amazing for most of the other players. But I am generally bad at games, so this is great for me and I'm really happy with it. Hope you like it either.
To my understanding the delian league was a collective attempt by greek cities to make and sustain a naval fleet .
However what i dont undestand is WHO made those ships , WHERE were they stationed , did they have any other uses , did they owe allegiance to any one city or general .
And that moves on to the question of what happened of the league during the peloponnesian war ?
Am i wrong to even assume that they MADE a fleet or was it just a way to maintain whatever forces each city already had ?

Last week, you voted to send all 200 ships in the Cyprus fleet to Egypt, with 57% in support. 101 votes were cast last week, the most since the second post in this series. This choice (probably) matches what happened in reality, although as I mentioned last week, the ancient sources are divided about the size of the fleet Athens sent to Egypt. Regardless of the size of the fleet however, Athens did become embroiled in war both in Egypt and in Greece. This week, we are jumping forward six years to 454 BC. The 450s BC are poorly attested in ancient sources. Most of the ancient authors are primarily interested in this period for how it impacted the later, larger Peloponnesian War and neglected to discuss other matters (looking at you Thucydides). As a result, we are jumping past the first phase of the First Peloponnesian War, to 454 BC, when the reorganization of the Delian League began in earnest.
Background
The Past six years have been a period of war for Athens, fought on many fronts. In Greece, Athens has been largely successful. Initial battles on land with Corinth resulted in setbacks, but at sea At

I don't see a way to search through quests I've completed. Also can't find an easy list of quests required just in case I did miss a quest.
Thanks
Rhexenor the Hand is the cultist I need. After much searching found posts on Ubisoft forums and here the quest is buggy. Followed all the quest guides backwards to check if i missed any of them. No other quest available I'm out of ideas.
Thanks for everyone's help
It is possibly unintended behaviour, but Athenian players should know there is a small window between releasing the special Delos subject and completing the rest of the Delian League mission tree. Forming the DL first will block you from enacting the HL decision, but the HL can complete the mission to become the DL. Additionally, annexing Delos via the Hellenic unification process will not trigger the normal independence condition placed on your Delian Priesthood bonus.
That, with correct timing, is how I ended up with an Athenian Republic that has two sets of Tier 3 formable bonuses, a permanent Delian Priesthood buff, and a unified Cyclades province.
In a few books I've read that the Athenian/Delian League was a voluntary coalition of city-states.
However, when Naxos (and later Thasos) left the league, the league responded by attacking the city-state, tearing down their walls, removing their ability to have a standing Navy, and forcing them to continue paying taxes (without any voting rights in the league). Also, Athens who just so happened to be at the heart of the league, seems to have had a habit of using the treasury to finance Athens construction projects which calls into question how egalitarian the league truly was.
This leads me to my core question -- was the Delian League truly a voluntary coalition of city-states, or was it just an Athenian empire with clever marketing?
So, Iβve nearly killed every cultist.
However, the leader of the Delian League has just been uncovered to me through the main story but the third cultist in the league still hasnβt been uncovered??
Can anyone help?
Iβve killed all the rest of the base cultists and this guys clue is, enjoys the company of hetaerae continue your odyssey, which usually means find the quest, where the heck is it? What did I miss?
The Delian League for reference was an alliance of cities created to stop the Persian invasion of Greece. It was created to stop the invasion famous for the Battle of Thermopylae.
I ask because Iβve never heard of a big Dwemer government, just the cities operating mostly independently, and Iβve definitely never heard of the dwarves in Morrowind and Skyrim working together.
After Perikles dies , Kleon wants Aspasia to come to him. Is it possible he figured out who she was and what would she have done with her?Kill her?Or what?
Or maybe he didn't know why did he try to make her come to him?
How extensive are trade networks at this time? Can I buy amber from the Baltic, tin from Britain, silk from China, spices from India?
Is there a good book on the Aegean world during the Pentecontaetia, with a focus on the formation and evolution of the Delian League? I'm interested in its internal evolution from a voluntary alliance into an Athenian empire, but particularly in the context of its relations with Persia and Sparta.
You would think there would be many books like that, but I've only seen two that look promising: From Plataea to Potidaea and The Outbreak of the Peloponnesian War by Kagan.
Everything out there just seems to treat this period as either epilogue (to the Persian Wars) or prologue (to the second Peloponnesian War).
Any suggestions?
Looking to play a multi-player game with some noob friends and we have decided to use these three powers but I want some input before I help them make their nations.
For Governments I would probably choose an Oligarchic republic for Rome, Merchant Republic or Oligarchic Republic for Carthage, probably Oligarchic for Athens, and an Absolute Monarchy for Egypt. For the rest I'd think similar to Egypt?
For Romes ideas I was thinking largely war-based, tax based, accepted culture and religious acceptance.
Carthage I was thinking very mercenary heavy ideas as we as trade heavy stuff with good shock generals.
For Athens it'd probably be very naval based and tech/idea bonuses?
For Egypt I was thinking sort of crap armies but massive production boosts and manpower as well as attrition for enemies.
No idea for the rest.
Tell me what you think, any ideas, suggestions and such would be most welcome.
I'm already 76h in the game and I'm about to battle against Kassandra but I don't seem to find it
So I've killed Brison, Podarkes the Cruel, Iobates the Stoic and Kodros the Bull, but only have 3 clues to the Leagues sage. I mean I know who it is anyways, but I would still like to know the clue lol. Is it possible that Brison was the one killed by Deimos at the first encounter? Would make sense as to why you would have one clue less. Or did I maybe just miss looting one of the 4? Can't think I'd miss that.
