I was thinking about how to get rid of all this bad faith disinformation & I thought at maybe a class action case could show their claims false in court, show they were the reason that someone's grandfather didn't vaccinate & not vaccinating was casual in him dying from a disease he should have been vaccinated against. If all 3 points could be shown, these antivaxxers would owe that family 6 figures for grandpa's death. A class action would clean out their funding as they could likely owe 6 figures thousands & thousands of times.
IANAL so don't know enough about the law to know if this is possible. Recent cases filed by Dominion after the election make me think they couldn't just defend it under the first amendment: this seems to be like yelling "Fire" in a crowded room.
