A list of puns related to "Darwin's Game"
Cover Art, Another half chapter
Rein, Ryuuji, and Takeshi arive at the roof where Kaname's left them a bunch of weapons. Rein asks Takeshi if Kimihiko had anything else to say but Takeshi tells her that Kimihiko didn't since he thought that Rein would come up with something. Rein asks Takeshi to relay a message to the others
Witch is lost in her thoughts, noting that she hadn't had the opportunity to accomplish her original objective, and states that she needed to obverse the future that she wanted first. She notices Takeshi running to deliver Rein's message, wondering how long Emulator was going to stay down and complaining that he was causing more problems for her, but then sees a future where Izaya attacks her and then Shigeo strangles her. She happily realizes that she's seen the future she wanted and states that this would allow the Greed to win
Witch attacks Izaya (who's with Takeshi since he delivered Rein's message) and the GM uses Gae Assail, and Witch counters with Laplace (same name as Rein's but with different kanji, it's either a different or an evolved version). Witch dodges Gae Assail which hits several Greed instead and at that moment both Rein and Witch use Laplace. Rein fires her RPG and Witch summons several Greed M and LL. Witch (talking to herself) tells the King that they've won and Izaya teleports Rein's RPG directly in front of Witch and it hits her and the dragonfly Greed carrying her, sending her down to the ground
Rein states that Witch isn't finished yet and Shigeo runs ahead to not waste the opportunity, running at high speed using his sigil. He reaches a crater in the road where an injured Witch is resting against a pillar. Shigeo remarks how tenacious Greed are and announces that he's going to kill her, but Witch simply smirks and points up. Shigeo looks up and sees a dragonfly Greed carrying the Mysterious Girl (who he's named Snow). Rein and Ryuuji reach the crater and Rein thinks that the girl might be a Greed D but Ryuuji confirms that she's human. Shigeo is enraged that Snow is held as a hostage and Witch is still smirking.

Kaname and Oboro fight Emulator, after a brief fight Kaname manages to destroy the bottom half of Emulator but he survives and escapes using Beelzebub. Kaname and Oboro are about to pursue when they are attacked by Witch's Greed and forced to retreat into a building. Kaname states that there are too many and decides to go with plan B and help Rein's group fight Witch. Elsewhere, Shigeo kills some Greed and complains that the anti air group (Rein's group) are taking too long. Rein attempts to snipe Witch again but is blocked again so she and Ryuuji temporarily retreat. In the mountains, Kimihiko is trying to listen to reports but the bad signal makes it hard to hear. The Saigou siblings worry that they should join the fight instead of wait but Kimihiko tells them that their group is backup, however he himself is unsure whether someone like him could make the call for the backup group to join but tells himself not to be cowardly
Kimihiko looks around using Third Eye and sees Izaya killing Greed using his sigil called Gae Assail (Gae Assail is the spear of the God Lugh in Celtic mythology). He also notices that Witch is avoiding both Rein and Izaya's attacks and realizes that the flow of the battle would change if they could take her out. He then notices that Kaname is setting up a sniper rifle to attack but Kimihiko decides that isn't enough and orders the backup team to join the battle. Takeshi and Shigeo join Rein and Ryuuji and Takeshi guides them to the building where Kaname and Oboro are while Shigeo acts as protection and a decoy. Takeshi explains that the building is where Kaname is with a gun but Rein counters by saying that Witch's sigil most likely allows her to avoid such weapons, however Takeshi mentions that Kimihiko thought that Witch's movements were similar to Rein's own, causing Rein to consider that they both had future sight sigils.

Honestly glad I picked it up, I dont know if its too late since the player base is not that active, however I'm currently enjoying it.
The manga is up to chapter 101 I think but the translation is still on chapter 96
I absolutely loved Darwinβs game, the fake and unrelenting theme mixed with the humor and unyielding attitude. Everything about it clicked with me. Does anyone have any similar animeβs? If they are dark thatβs certainly not a problem. Anything is welcome. A brief summary while avoids spoilers would also be greatly appreciated
Can someone recommend me something similar to these anime
At Out of Range village, Kaede and Suzune talk about the Toukaidou Operation, with Kaede noting that it had started based on the time. Suzune reveals that she'd wanted to go with Kaname and the others but got scared when she was going to ask him. Kaede thanks Suzune for staying with her
At the base of Mount Fuji, Kaname and the group observe the city from the woods while Kimihiko uses Third Eye to look around. Upon getting close to their target (the warehouse), Kimihiko notices that there's a massive black box surrounding it. He touches the box but is rejected by it and returns to his body. Izaya states that the box means that the area there is no longer part of their world line, as the area is already starting to fuse with the Greed world line and is why they can't just teleport there, adding that it'd be troublesome if the area stayed that way. Kaname asks him why and Izaya tells him that the world would be destroyed. Kaname leaves Kimihiko, Sui, Takeshi, and Arisa behind and appoints Kimihiko as commander of the rear group
As the rest of the group heads into the city, Seigen explains that the plan is to take advantage of the Greed's plan and counterattack. They failed to protect the GM of Seigen's world line because they panicked after the earthquake but Seigen believes that they could fight back if they were prepared beforehand. The group agrees with his plan and Seigen begins to talk about Witch, Tower, and Emulator, going over what he knows about them (the information is the same as what's already been shown except for Tower who Seigen mentions has a sigil that is able to manipulate solid matter)
The group arrives at an open area within the city to wait out the earthquake. Izaya is doubtful that the Greed would actually attack their location, pointing out that he'd be able to tell if a world line had been destroyed if it was relatively close. The earthquake occurs as predicted and afterwards the group heads into the city to counterattack. Emulator (as Wang) attempts to ambush Izaya but is stopped by Izaya's sigil and has part of his head cut off. Emulator teleports to the top of building and Witch, Tower, and a horde of flying Greed teleport in. Seeing this, the group splits into three smaller groups: Izaya and Seigen, Rein and Ryuuji, and Kaname, Oboro, and Shigeo
Witch orders half of her horde to attack Izaya and the other half to scout the area. Rein begins shooting down the Greed with Laplace's he

Formed as unlikely groups, these two still managed to become some of the deadliest in the business, establishing an iron grip over their city. But when the two clans go head-to-head, who will be the ones to take the victory? Only one way to find out.
The teams for both groups are:

Battle takes place in a pocket dimension where Brockton Bay and Shibuya are mashed up right next to eachother.
Round 1: No prep. Both teams have pictures of eachother (In costume for the undersiders) and have to find and take eachother down.
Round 2: 1 week of prep for both teams. No prior knowledge.
Round 3: 1 week of prep for both teams, and both have full knowledge over each other.
Bonus Round: The Sunset Ravens and Undersiders switch places, the former at the beginning of the Leviathan fight and the latter at the beginning of the Treasure hunt. How do they do?
Im not sure how many this will reach to give some hope to, but Darwins game was recently put on Netflix Canada, it might not be much but if it does well on there it could lead to a huge upturn in the series popularity. Creating some conversation and maybe a push for season 2. Im just hoping we can get somewhere with this anime, its in a pretty depressing state.
For those who don't know, the Darwin Award is posthumously awarded to people who died in dumb ways.
