A list of puns related to "Asca (singer)"
I have seen a lot of is talking about abuse we experienced in childhood. If you have experienced abuse in childhood you will likely have CPTSD. I do. I tried everything and the only two things that helped were ASCA, ascasupport.org, (I recommend down loading the "Survivor to Thriver" manual and especially reading the 21 steps on the last page (it literally made me cry), and AIT, Advanced Integrative Therapy, (Energy Based).
Please consider these to options of you intend to try to heal. They were unlike anything else I've tried and were also the deepest and most compassionate form healing I've tried. (And most effective.)
Happy healing.
Is the ASCA a good registration to have?
Hi everyone, I saw that I can join ASCA as a student and even join my state school counseling association through ASCA. Is it worth it? How will I benefit from this? Also, what things do I need to stay current with ASCA if I do join? I'm from California if that helps. TIA!
Hello,
Aspiring Coach here. Ive recently signed up for the ASCA Coaching certification. I wanted to know if any of y'all have taken the course.
- Level of difficulty?
-Any issues you have with the course?
- How long did it take?
I only plan on doing course levels 1 and 2. I am a swim instructor for a private pool and was a 10 year competitive swimmer.
After I finish this course I would like to sign up for the WOWSA ( world of open water swimming Association) If anyone has had any experience with that I would really appreciate it.
Hi,
Has anyone went through and purchased any of the ASCA specialist courses? Did you use those for salary advancements through Lindenwood University if you did do them? How beneficial are the trainings in these courses? I am considering do it but I am curious to hear from everyone else. Let me know your thoughts.
Please help. Ive been going through a diagnostic process for 5 weeks and it has been a nightmare. I went to ER with left side abdominal pain. 5 weeks later I have no answers for that but I had to get an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. I was worried about Crohns and UC but the biopsy in my colon was negative for both. They thought I could have celiac but that test was negative. I got blood work done and the doctor said it could be Crohns but said he only had 60% certainty. IGA is the lead indicator but I tested normal. IGG was well in abnormal range. CalProtein was 57 while normal is at 50 so they want me to retest it. C-Reactive protein was borderline normal range. Iβve been crying for weeks going through this process and I have had no answers. Has anyone had results like these?
Thanks in advanced.
But then I saw her face.
Given lots of Crohn's sufferers have antibodies to saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast) - per ASCA tests - does this mean one shouldn't consume food with yeast?
Or is dietary intake of yeast not much of a problem?
Ironically this is a key strain in lots of probiotics, and is supposed to be good for the gut. But it's also in so many foods
